How good (or bad) is VIKINGS? [Spoilers]

Halleluya! Someone that sees Vikings for what it trully is. I think it's a really bad show, and it saddens me, because I'm a ruge fan of Michael Hirst because Elizabeth, Elizabet: The Golden Age and The Tudors. Man, he's a hell of a writter! What did go wrong with him when he was writting Vikings?

Thanks, Ryan, that's great to read. Hope you will enjoy the other videos. I actually feel a bit bad for being harsh on Vikings, I watched most of it with great pleasure. As for what I recommend in terms of historical tv series, it really depends on what matters the most to the viewer. Personally, I don't mind a show that plays with history a bit too much, as long as the writing is good, for example Marco Polo (terrible on the history side, but quite a good story), or Black Sails as well. Some do great with both, like Band of Brothers, while others are bad at both, like Knightfall (though I have only watched the first season, so I can't comment too much on it.)
