a basic review of his 2022 highlights shows that he could have easily had a 6,000 yard season: dropped passes, missing open receivers (rare, but it happens...), sliding/running out-of-bounds, etc. if it's going to happen, it will most likely be PM II.

Ppl are too grown to be mixing up greatest and best. You dont need a career worth of games, sb wins and mvps to SEE how good someone is at football. thats greatness. All any person with a brain and 2 eyes needs is prob a 10 or so games to see how good he is. He is clearly one of the best qb talents ever in the nfl.

The list of QBs who have a a Super Bowl MVP and a regular season MVP is pretty damn short. Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Joe Montana, Aaron Rodgers, Bart Starr, Steve Young, Kurt Warner, and Patrick Mahomes. All of them, minus one, were at least 28 when they did it. Mahomes, the lone exception, did it by the time he was 24. "Generational" doesn't even begin to describe his ability. I can't wait to see how he grows as a player.

Most talented and best all-around QB to ever wear an NFL jersey. His skill set is incomparable, he does things no other QB ever did and does it regularly and with ease. 5 yrs as a starter, 5 AFC CHAMPIONSHIP APPEARANCES, 3 SB APPEARANCES, AND 2 SB WINS AND MVP AWARDS. No other QB is even close, did in half the time that it took all other top QB's to do. To even be having the discussion of him being in the category of best ever at the age of 28 just shows how good he really is. KC before him, nothing, since him, WOW. They are where they are and have done what they have done these past 5 yrs cuz of one reason only, PATRICK MAHOMES

Mahomes dual threat and crosstraining are so evident. The man throws a nfl football like a baseball or a basketball. Makes it looks easy and brings the heat. Now that he did indeed get his second ring and SBMVP there's no doubt in my mind. Best first 6 seasons anyone has ever had in the Nfl

No one thought that Brady would've been great, but he was. Too bad they had not seen it in him. Mahomes is a great teammate and leader. Now that they have seen his potential on display, they all were silenced. Keep on going Mahomes, you are doing well.

They were the 2nd seed in their Superbowl Season not the 1st seed. They got the bye because they are the 2nd seed. That was the last time that the 2nd seed had a bye because they made the playoffs in a 7 team format with only the 1st seed getting the bye.

I wouldn’t say the Niners were a pushover in the Super Bowl. SF was up 20-10, with around 7 minutes left in the game. It certainly wasn’t a blowout & id say the 49ers looked like the better team overall. This is coming from a Chiefs fan.

Even his incompletions in the Super Bowl against TB were AMAZING! Go watch some of the sideline shots of the TB players during that game - and there QB was the GOAT!

Listening to regular humans try to explain, figure out, or label Patrick is getting pretty entertaining as time goes on. Do "experts" routinely compare a Rolls Royce to a Camry? The NFL has a couple of Corvettes and maybe a few Mustangs, but there's only one Rolls and it's going to run all over you. Stop trying to rationalize it and just understand it's a force of nature you can't understand and certainly can't control. RUN IT BACK - EVERY DAMN YEAR

Dude - have you seen the NFL Comparison of Brady vs. Mahomes just their First Five Seasons as a starter? It's scary! Mahomes FAR OUTPERFORMED Brady in 5 of 7 categories. Mahomes has the same # of SB Appearances at 3, 2 more Conf Champ. Game App, 2 NFL MVP's (Brady rec'd none), threw for 9,000 More Total Yds than Brady, 101 More TD's than Brady, and a Pass Rtg of 106.2 (Brady's was 88.6). That's why I laugh when people put down Mahomes.
