Joakim Noah was one of those guys you love to have on your team, but hate to play against. I'm just glad that he played for the Bulls.

He met the right coach at the right time. Him and Thibodeau are just match made in heaven. I truly think Noah is one of few bigs that can survive in any era, even in today's era his passing and defensive versatility would flourish in one team.
@alexl6556 Жыл бұрын
As much as I agree with the match, their like-mindedness also may have been toxic for his career. All of those great players on the Bulls had short primes other than Jimmy, I think that had to do with heavy minutes & tough practices.
@johndavis9321 Жыл бұрын
Agreed he'd be a better Draymond green if he played today
@alexl6556 Жыл бұрын
@@johndavis9321 I think their roles within their teams are the same, but I think they are different players. Noah was less versatile, but a probably a better rim protector and rebounder. Dray clears Joakim in 3-level defense, playmaking, and can hit timely 3’s. (I’m a Bulls fan and a huge Joakim Noah fan btw, not hating)

People forget that those D Rose Bulls team ran through Joakim at the elbow. He orchestrated that offense and was the anchor of the defense. One of the original big man passing savants..... Couldn't shoot worth a dam outside of 3 feet, but that just meant he was always good for a laugh too
