Fresh Content One question, Google always tells people to create a quality content, but why the scraped article still emerge, and the most useful one is not even ranked? So basically, Google wants to simplify their algorithm, because people in the future will always be creating a unique article?

I mean, pretty much no one knows how google ACTUALLY chooses the most relevant results. If they did, every webpage would try to abuse the system (which they have been trying to do for a while, that's what SEO is). And most likely, google is using artificial intelligence to figure the algorithm out, which could mean that not even google itself knows what that algorithm is (which also happens with youtube recommendations)
