We oftentimes take things for granted. things that we have could be a dream for some. The life we constantly complain about could be someone’s prayer. I used to be this kind of person. God has finally awakened me from being ungrateful and discontented in life. I will always pray to those people who are experiencing struggles and difficulties in life. Gratitude is the best attitude. 🙏 Grateful hearing your insightful talks Sister Yasmin. May Allah bless you more.

Very inspiring speech by sister Yasmin. May Allah bless her and her family for this good work. Focus on the countless blessings of God instead of hard times and difficulties This will definitely change our life. Sister Yasmin...your lectures are thought- provoking and have changed the lives of many. Allah says: If you are thankful I will give you more. Sister Yasmin has explained this Qur'nic verse impressively well. People all over the world are listening to this lecture to get motivated.

You're doing well. Besides that search about Islam too. Search about the truth. Why are you here in this life. Allah created us for a purpose. Allah created to do good deeds to deserve jannah. وما خلقت الجن والإنس إلا ليعبدون. الذي خلق الموت والحياة ليبلوكم أيكم أحسن عملا وهو العزيز الغفور.

The boy with that one slice of cake also had no idea what he was missing out on... so this ties in so beautifully with a lecture I'd heard from Sheikh Belal Asad... MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND STOP ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT OTHERS HAVE.. so that boy had no FOMO feelings cos what others have in comparison to him was never a concern. Hence, there was no barrier to his gratitude. ❤

“Our life is not peaks and valleys. The reality is that life is not all good or all bad. The reality is it like a railroad track. In our lives, on the one hand, you will have hard times but at the same time, you will have blessings. We have to change the way we see our lives. Many of us become hyper focused on everything that is hard or we don’t like. And remember what ever we focus on, GROWs! Turn and shift your focus to the good things - to the blessings! Because they are ALWAYS there!” ~ Yasmin Mogahed

Once upon a time I had a dream. Yasmen Mugahid was giving me warning about one of my indecent clothes not to wear it. And she told me this was a warning from Prophet Mohammed ❤pbuh. Unfotunately I ignored the warning and wore that and on the same day that I wore it, I got a traffic accident. Alhamdulillah it was not serious. This was also a message that Yasemen Mugahed is a real and very valuable scholar of Islam. JazakAllahu Khayran.❤❤❤ #freepalestine
