Thank you for these lessons! I'm a Missionary in Alaska just starting to learn Guitar! I'm 66 yrs young, and have been practicing Banjo for 5 years. I wish there were videos like this 40 yrs ago!?

This video just helped remind me of all the things I'm grateful for in my life today, most of which have nothing to do with learning this song. Thank you.

I really enjoy your videos, especially this one. Although there are some hymns like The Old Rugged Cross and Amazing Grace that are equally as good and meaningful. Another favorite of mine is Come Thou Fount which I'd like to work out with fingerstyle. Although this was a teaser video, trying to get new member to your website, you reminded me of the wonderful the gift God has given us through Jesus Christ. The love so rich in mercy and grace for someone so filthy in sin and shame as I am. That love He gave freely to save me, wash me clean and guides me on my journey home. By His Word Alone, by Faith Alone and by His Grace Alone. Thank you. I would very much like to hear you play this song all the way though alone. Thank you.

Great finger style work, think it's a little hard for me, but I'll give it a try and put it in my work on tune that I think I'll never learn and hopefully come back here in a few months having conquered it. Thanks in advance for the tutorial

i tried for about a half hour to leave a comment on your website and even join the gold pick club. since my email and user name was already in your system i thought it would be easy. in short it was impossible even using the password that was sent to me by the website. i'm very disapointed but keep up the good work you're doing and don't let me bother you, i give up...

Did you hear about the Aggie was suing the airport, saying it was their fault he crashed hid plane? He said they should have made their runway longer instead of so doggoned wide…

I have not heard that one, and as an Aggie pilot, I’m absolutely stealing it.
