I did everything in my power to heal from cancer, including visualization, affirmations, allopathic medicine, holistic protocols, and countless other practices. If I had only done allopathic medicine (i.e., chemotherapy), the statistical odds were 70-80% that I would die, so I went above and beyond listening to my doctors. My affirmations were instrumental in helping me to maintain an optimal mindset and clarify the actions I was committed to taking, many of which were outside of my doctors' limited area of expertise.
