@@VanGirlYuka Hi - if you are in PEI - definitely head also to Cape Breton. Visit Meat Cove and enjoy some of that area. MaryAnn falls - Ingonish and area.

Everyone has to progress on their own time/way. I respect people that don’t fall into pier pressure.

Thanks for taking the time to show that gnarly course! Eric did some features I would be scared to do. 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

One of the best World Cup DH tracks of the season, thanks for a "normal person" look at it. Super rough! Amazing how fast those guys go. Even with a DH bike and full armour there's some scary stuff there, looks harder than anything in Whistler Bike Park besides Crabs.

Well crabapple hits is a different type of difficulty Also i'm pretty sure it's pronounced "sane person"😅

I cannot believe you guys are even attempting that trail! It looks sooo scary. Good job for continuing- can’t wait to see more! I think of you guys when I am scared out on a trail and get courage from you!

The GoPro makes everything look so much easier and smaller. But the fact that you guys find it hard and that you're better than me, makes me understand just how hardcore these trails are.
@VanGirlYuka5 жыл бұрын
I want to show you as much real as possible but, yes, GoPro made everything looked flat! Watching and riding is really different 👍

The bikes designed for downhill mt. biking have much softer suspension with more travel. The forks are more choppered. It's a much smoother ride than your bikes. It gives you far more control and confidence.

Sometimes it's better not to look I went somewhere well above my paygrade and knocked my confidence so much it was in the trash. Had to work back out of it. The pros make it look so easy.

It was surely good to know how good the top level riders are compere to us, normal riders! It would be cool if we can do one of those drops in the future 🤩

Holey mazoley!!!! When you see how fast those top riders cover that stuff, it seems crazy. I would need a motorbike to do it!!!

My speed record is 53km/h according to my ride logs, but I can't fully trust those, only thing I can trust is ride time. I usually run out of space or have to stop to take a turn or stop of traffic, but I guess there are some places I could reach faster speed if I did not take safety in consideration and potentially killing ppl or crashing into a car. 😬 There is no track like you show where I live. But closest I come is ski tracks with steep downhills one is impossible to climb unless sidehopping even them might not be possible, but love going down tracks like this but on my new bike it's much better, its so planted, love my G1. 😊

mount st anne,, near Quebec city, Quebec. Oddly the big rock, when you see in the winter covered with snow, it's even scarier!
@VanGirlYuka5 жыл бұрын
I guess it's depend on how much snow they get! If it's all cover of snow it may nice to crash on soft blanket of snow
@stevencruz49375 жыл бұрын
@@VanGirlYuka it is a sweet dream. North Eastern snow is not like Japan. I believe a mountain there receives on average 4 meters of soft fluffy snow. In Quebec they have warm spells. And then much colder. You get a lot of ice and hard spots. And snowboards do not have disk breaks. ;) as a result it makes it scarier. Try snowboarding or skiing some time. Great sport We use to ride with a Japanese lady. We found it strange that she did not have a helmet. After her first gentle fall she said with a very surprised look, that hurt..... clearly Japan has softer snow . :O
