I get that it's multi-frame perfect, but you can't reasonably expect one to be getting used to something when they don't even know what that something actually is. 21 seconds after being informed how to technically perform the maneuver.

@@smooch985 ok that's ridiculously hard, I'm trying it on a PC with keyboard, downloaded Tekken bot command input overlay and as I thought, my neutral after f input is 2 or 3 frames, can get perfect 1 frame neutral like 1/15 tries or even worse. I have brown switches and it seems that harder push makes it bounce back slower, which explains long neutral input.

For some reason when I set up R2 button for 1+2 it's much easier for me to pull it off. You can do Jet Upper when not in rage with f,b+1+2. It seems to register it better than f,b+2. When I do f,b+2 I pretty much get b+2 most of time. So I just do 1+3+4 f,b+1+2 but only when not in rage. When you do f,b+1+2 in rage you will do his rage drive. I can now do TJU 80% of time. It's mostly a matter of knowing when the knee connects during the taunt. Also practice Taunt cancelling with f and it's good idea to practice Jet Upper execution and speed. Once you know when taunt knee connects, when to cancel the taunt and you can do Jet Upper really fast you just put it together and voilà you get Taunt Jet Upper. I've even done it online recently.
