Hey Austin, I have been trying to increase my range for sometime and i can barely make the ball touch the rim from the 3point line if I dont change my form at all. I can make 3s but i have to release a bit lower and i usualy get blocked. I think I lack strength and I just wonna know if there are any excersises that I can do at home to get more strength. I only have access to 5kg dumbells😞. Any help will be highly appreciated. Love from India❤️

Lots of different things to get more power. It's all about momentum. Bring the ball down to waist level before you go up. Release all in one motion. If ur form uses more than one motion you lose momentum. Down then up and let it fly. Don't fling the ball or throw the ball. Flick the ball and let it roll off your finger tips
