Diving into a new challenge! When the opportunity to compete in the olympic swimming trials came along, Lucy wanted to test herself and see if a triathlete can really compete against the best swimmers in the country!
From pain cave to pool - follow her adapted training plan, channeling everything to work on improving the swim discipline. Focusing on swim sessions and strength training, with bike and run sessions used to play into optimising the 1500m. We also take a behind the scenes look at nutrition and hotel quarantine life.
