It is impossible to just learn, work hard and then become rich. People who have worked hard and learned a lot know better. Ask these people, they know. Being rich means: You need less, control what you need and educate your next generation. That's all. This man demonstrates an ancient Western way of life. We call this way of life: parasitic. You live while others are forced to work for less and less pay. While you pay the rent to the landlord, guys like the flabby one are the landlord. If you think it takes hard work and a lot of learning to be a landlord, then you have lost control of your life and are also stupid as hell. Become a human.

As a Swiss person: no bank will give you a loan to buy property when you dont have enough for the down payment and a reliable income every month. Very weird how nobody even questions this. If it would be so easy everyone would be owning multiple houses. A lot more companies would be buying everything off the market that is available and there would be nothing left to buy. His own home does NOT look like swiss standards at all. You can rent a super modern flat for like 3k that is more prestige than where he lives. How does that make sense. Maybe im just too swiss and i dont know how people from other countries live and think what switzerland is like. He sounds like he has to lie about everything and making it bigger than it really is. Someone commented hes probably a real estate agent - and that makes sense. He would have house keys when its his job😂 to flex with apartments that belong to the company he works for will not make him popular if they find out haha.
@lolknight43642 ай бұрын
From what I understood, he says he puts another appartment he owns as a guarantee to the bank. Meaning the bank knows that if there is a problem with the new appartment, they can seize the other one in order to refund themselves.

@@lolknight4364 Nevertheless, he needs money for his first apartment. He has to pay a deposit in cash. No bank will give a mortgage without at least 25% equity. He needs at least 400k in cash and a corresponding salary. No bank will give money just like that.
@meshaswai77542 ай бұрын
@@AshChildOfGod ....This isn't about jealousy. I’m from Africa, have lived many years in Switzerland, and I'm very familiar with the Swiss housing market. This documentary is highly inaccurate. The claim about funding those houses with the amounts mentioned doesn’t add up. His initial capital versus mortgage is less than 15%, but Swiss law typically requires 25-30%. He also claimed to have bought a house in an affluent neighborhood with a 30%+ discount, which seems unlikely unless the house was in poor condition or the seller was bankrupt-both improbable in such a market. The documentary's caption keeps shifting. It originally stated a net worth of USD 100 million, but now it's up to USD 200 million, perhaps realizing that USD 100 million doesn’t go far in Switzerland. The author usually creates quality content, but in this case, it feels like he was "bought" to promote this individual-likely someone running a property investment company backed by wealthy Nigerians, using the video to showcase their investments.

@@siphumelelezondi1 ohhh, okay, well, if that's what he/she meant, I completely understand, and that makes a lot more sense. The guy is right I’ve traveled all over Switzerland and been there many times , it is the richest and most developed country in the world and it has the worlds highest standard of living. The country is so naturally beautiful and postcard perfect it feels like you are in paradise with shimmering lakes, in the middle of snow capped mountains, postcard perfect villages. I went on a day trip on the golden route train and it is breathtakingly stunning. I never experienced any racism in Switzerland as a black person. People were friendly towards me and Swiss people are reserved generally, if you are not Swiss and cannot speak Swiss German (which is different to standard German the way Itsekiri is different to standard Yoruba) in the German part of the country you will never be fully integrated into their society whether you are black, brown, yellow or white. It’s how they protect themselves. This guy is very fortunate to have made his fortune there because very few foreigners can come in and start a business there without having been successful elsewhere and without bringing in investment capital. So I’m amazed. It is easier in America or UK or even Germany but Switzerland is hard, being a small country of under 10 million people even buying land and property is very hard and extremely expensive even for the local people. Their salaries are very high but so is the cost of living. Most people rent their homes and cost of food and clothes is very high. This is because it’s a small country so businesses have to charge more for their goods and services to make a profit
@Visionary_of_Love2 ай бұрын
Definitly you need a certain percentage of your own money, capital and most important a higher steady income, to buy compounds in Switzerland. No bank will give you mortgage, if you don't!
@prospektarty15132 ай бұрын
@@Visionary_of_Love very true. It's not the easiest country to migrate to and to settle in unless you're wealthy enough and have enough funds to satisfy the aurhorities. Even the local geopolitical system adds to the complex nature of the country as the 22 swiss Cantons have their own laws and behave like semi autonomous countries with different taxation laws, in some Cantons women could not vote, also local Swiss people have to vote for for foreigners applying to be citizens to become a citizen and you're a citizen of the canton first. People often have to chose carefully before relocate from one part of Switzerland to the other because of the different laws some of which might place a restriction or remove certain advantages that a person enjoys in their current canton of abode such as paying more taxes or being restricted from doing business. In Cantons like Geneva which has a strict calvinist Protestant Christian tradition there are restrictions on operating business on Sunday. On the other many of Genevas businesses are staffed by French and Swiss citizens who live across the border in France because the cost of living is far lower in neighbouring France cheaper so they travel into work in Geneva in the daytime and ferry back across lake Geneva to their homes in France.
