and this is why I like this video. his review is the most honest one I've ever seen. no lies about how the show has fallen off because it doesn't stick to the I.M.P formula (which would have gotten stale if that's all they did). no lies about how Stolas is actually a hypocrite and that the show is "woobifying" him and pretending he did nothing wrong. no lies about how Vivziepop treats her employees like sh*t and needs to KHS. just an honest review of the show that shows what's actually going on. he is the anti Beanzytime.

It must be the best breakdown of Stolitz relationship I’ve seen so far (and I’ve watched MANY videos on Stolas and Blitz). I love the explanation that they’re „humans”, not „characters in a show”. It’s such a beautiful way to put it…

When it comes down to who’s right and wrong in this relationship, I think Miguel O’Hara said it best. “You’re both equally terrible. Does that settle it?”

Spewing thoughts here for the algo gods: Stolas having an anxious attachment style, needing an answer and validation from Blitz, who clearly has an avoidant attachment, is rough. Previously in the dhorks episode where Blitz has a bad trip, you can see in Blitz's mind: Stolas on a pedestal. And he asks Blitz if hes frightened of people. In Moxxie's trip he asks why Blitz pushes people away. Most of Blitz's exes seem to hate him. It makes sense that Blitz isnt ready to discuss something gamechanging to their relationship with no warning. You can tell Stolas has good intentions, but Blitz tells him exactly what he means, he asks Stolas to wait, asks if he can have time to think, he needs space and to process before responding, and Stolas shuts that down. Blitz isnt being given time to feel or think.

To be fair to Stolas, and whether he intended it or not, Blitz openly mocked his feelings and the very idea of them having a romantic relationship. That level of betrayal by itself is momentous to go through, let alone when it’s followed up with extreme aggression. Stolas just got out of an emotionally and physically abusive relationship, why should he start another one? This isn’t to say that Stolas wasn’t being shitty here, him spring a love test on Blitz absolutely sucks, but I think it’s a tad unrealistic to assume that Stolas had the ability to even look at Blitz in that moment. Unless you’re talking about the course of their relationship over all. Then I’ve completely missed the point of your comment and I apologise. It’s a good breakdown of Blitz and Stolas and an enjoyable read

I also, like, don’t think Blitz is an abusive person in this relationship, but the way he screamed, cursed, and threatened violence with Stolas in that scene is probably very reminiscent of how Stella treated him. I mean, the dude flinched as if he was about to struck, because he has been before. Blitz is right to be upset and he’s right to need more time, but the way he expresses it? I think Stolas was within his right to kick Blitz out of his house

it feels very refreshing to see a genuine deep dive focused around the qualities of the show. I feel like so much of the online discourse surrounding it is based on blind hate of it, blowing up the flaws in the show to be some grand writing blunder which proves the team's incompetence. I've seen people go as far as to say that the show has multiple examples conservative messaging especially with Stolas and Blitz's relationship (which I think is just ignoring a lot of context and info within the show itself). Like there's a difference between constructive criticism and destructive hating. This video was a great analysis of their characters.

And my problem with that is that it thinks it’s as profound as Bojack Horseman. But the thing is that it’s not. Bojack earned its transition into what it’s known for in a natural way and not only that, had a very elaborate illusion of it being your stereotypical ridiculous animated comedy when in reality, it is so much more than that. Whereas Helluva Boss, should have stayed in its lane.

A streamer named Sai compared the conversations around hellaverse to Steven Universe discourse when it first came out and it’s definitely true. People getting furious that the show isn’t 100% what they expected and write the whole thing off before it’s even finished, then escalating it deciding the creator is a bad person and dragging up trivial bullshit as a way to confirm that. I think we’ll get more essays like this one once the show is over and the rabid mob is eyeing up the next queer woman running a tv show (this conveniently only seems to happen to queer women specifically).

I honestly fell in love with Blitz because he's a character i could see myself in. Someone who was at such a low point like that, to a place where it's unfathomable to think anyone can or should love you. It hurts, and it can cause you to do things that will sabotage your relationship. It can be pretty hard. I'm glad to admit i've been able to move past that point. And i can't wait to see Blitz overcome his own issues too.

Tiny detail I loved and haven't seen many people talk about for apology tour is in their garden confrontation. When stola's snaps and tells Blitz "I don't look down on you! How many times do I have to say it?!", he is standing and towering over and blitz, who is sitting. Even when he bends over to try to be closer to blitzø's eye level, he is still physically looking down at him. It's such a quiet but neat way to show the power imbalance that still exists between them, and how blind blind Stolas still is to it even after the introspection of "look my way".

Is Helluva Boss even a comedy anymore? It is determined to be painfully depressing and is forcing you to live through your darkest moments and worst mistakes again and again. Every character is deeply tragic the more you think about them and their relationships with eachother. I'm conflicted on it because while it could be a great series of character studies and a deep dive into how the influences of hell destroys you worse than just dying. Unfortunately I think it focuses way too much on juvenile sexual humour to the point it's disgusting with adults acting with aggressive teenage agenst and teenagers acting like clingy bratty children. It's interesting but too many aspects get played up to the eleven while other more interesting concepts and ideas either get ignored or just barely touched on. It's painful to watch byt would be okay if that's how the show was advertised, except it wasn't, it was advertised as a dark comedy but now it's so dark and depressing that it's uncomfortable to watch, especially when you were originally lead to believe that the show was focusing more on the fun side of giving into your dark temptations, whatever they may be. I think they played this darker narrative to the story way too early and way too much, it starts to get awkward watching beings close to being in their 40s and still acting like teenagers. I can believe having age regression to an extent but after a while it's just painful to watch them fail and be abused and hurting eachother again and again.

This probably is the best analysis of the show and the characters I've ever seen - and it's truly a breath of fresh air among all the terrible, TERRIBLE opinions you see out there. I particularly liked how you described them as not being written as characters whose actions move the plot along, but as actual people with messy, realistic reactions to things that hurt them. A really great video all around!

I absolutely needed to watch this, not just because I love these characters so much in all of her works, but also because it's reminded me to do exactly what you just said: "write people, not characters." AWESOME video. You’ve articulated some things that I’ve been feeling and trying to convey to people but struggled to put into words. You’ve also helped me understand why I had such a wildly different reaction and understanding of the fight between Stolas and Blitz at the end of Full Moon. As a “post-therapy” Blitz, I relate to him pretty hard and have been around, and in, many fights just like that. So while people were describing being distressed and confused, even with registering the intensity, I merely ingested it and felt like I understood the behavior that Blitz was displaying (though I definitely don’t condone it). Them being written as “real people” and not “characters” hits the nail on the head for me. I think that’s why I feel hurt when I see people in the comments say that Blitz doesn’t deserve understanding and is beyond redemption. Because they don’t know it, but that’s what they’re saying about my past self, and many others. That’s what they’re saying about Me.

my urge to share this with several thousand people. This is the best breakdown I think i've listened to, that doesn't consistently shift the blame to Stolas, or only on Blitz. So many people miss the signs at which Stolas has tried to reach out. So many times have I seen a compilation of him 'downplaying' Blitz [he kind of does, but it's unintentional] just to pin the blame on Stolas. But as someone who's also been in both positions before, it's just not that easy. Nothing is ever that easy. It's so much more complicated.

There are few shows where it really feels like you get these kinds of uniquely human moments - where a neat script takes a backseat to how the characters would behave given their past traumas. I’m with you on your view of both Stolas and Blitzo in those two most recent episodes, as they are both clearly broken individuals who can’t see past their own insecurities and hurt, which makes sense given everything we know about them, even as they try (and largely fail) to fix themselves for one another. Wasn’t expected to be impressed with Verosica as a character. Bojack Horseman is one of the other shows that got this right more often than not.

This is my favorite breakdown of these characters and their falling out that I have seen yet. Especially the part of them being written like people. And I love it when people see that BOTH of them handled that badly because of their respective traumas and how they learned to respond to/cope with their trauma, and that neither one of them is the "bad guy" in this scenario.

I noticed how a lot of indie cartoons that started as comedies started to get serious over time. Why is that so?
@StarViewer68
@StarViewer68 Ай бұрын
My guess is that the indie show creators use comedy as a hook to reel viewers in to watch their show, with comedy being a familiar source of entertainment for many people. Once they got enough attention of the viewers, then the show creators feel confident enough to add more serious themes and content in their shows.

I don’t care if the shippers get mad at me. Stolitz ruined Helluvaboss and I will die on that hill. The show went from this genuinely funny and absurd show about imp hit men to never ending, pointless melodrama about how these two idiots and their toxic relationship and their horrible behavior to themselves and each other are why they can’t make it work. The ship ruined everything I enjoyed about the show in the beginning and given how much the two of them have done, especially in Stolas’ case, I don’t know why ANYONE wants these two to get back together. The ship completely ruined everything about the show.

While I have nothing against the tone of a show changing over the course of it run or shifting away from its initial premise as it can lead to the show being even more entertaining then it was originally (case in point RWBY) I honestly just don't cate about Stolas and Blitz relationship. What sold me on this show was the pilot as it had a very unique premise of workplace comedy set in hell with wacky demons going to earth for assassination missions. That right there is a genius and creative premise! And honestly, I wouldn't even mind the Stolas and Blitz drama so much if it didn't overshadow the main premise of the series and why I started watching it in the first place! Though even then, I just don't care for Blitz and Stolas as a couple and I'm not rooting for them at all even though I know they'll be endgame.

Omg you are basically the ONLY ONE who has being able to actually understand Blitz and Stolas without taking a side, most people have being taking sides and villainizing the other saying all the bad things they’ve done to the other, and yeah they did. None of them are saints, but both pf them wants to better themselves, and it shows. Blitz is catching on with the consequences of his actions hile Stolas still needs to actually understand Blitz instead of hope for him to react they way he thought he would I feel a lot of people is so used to see characters who just move the plot instead of actual characters that feel human that when they react or act differently as they would expect, they call it bad writing, trust me theres being many like that and somehow most of them are on twitter😅 and even worst, a lot of people say they’ve lost track for turning the show into a more dramatic instead of the action it was, but they don’t understand 1- stuff that happened from the pilot doesn’t mean the show will stay like that forever, it’s called developing the concept. And even a show can be totally different from its pilot and still be liked 2- that they planned Helluva before publishing it, so nothing is just because is pretty. If its turning into a drama, maybe the whole action part was a way to foreshadow stuff(which it did like in truth seekers) And 3- many of the people who gets mad in Helluva often are the ones who NEED to be literally said instead of implicitly or subtlety said, and call it bad writing for not getting it at first despite being a more subtle driven show. Under that logic, none of ghibli movies would be good because most people have the rewatch them many times to get the metaphors or subtle messages they give

As much as i enjoyed this video, i cannot say i fully agree with your points. All respectfully! Stolas essentially kicking blitz out of his house after the latter went into an emotional rant about how he feels lesser than the former feels emotionally daft for him. Not to mention the entire full moon meeting that instead of their usual meet, it was turned 180 into a topic that in normal circumstances both sides need to be aware of, as it's not... A surprise. I'm all for misunderstandings being a part of character development, but so far the show presents stolas as the one who took the reigns of this "relationship" and fled the moment there's some sort of conflict. He did that with Stella, but he ran for blitz who essentially sees them two as being fwb. On the topic of the messages, someone pointed out that Blitz might not exactly have a best ability to write nor read, considering how the hierarchy in the hell looks like. Comparing how he would talk via phone call and how he talks via messages that seems to be kinda proving the point. I can't for the life of me call him dismissive, but he's definitely his own bundle of issues. To tldr my comment, stolas is definitely in a desperate need to learn about how to... Not abuse his power. Because that's what he's doing. What he's *been* doing and that running away will never end well. Blitz feels more like a victim in this situation. Confused and following a "protocol" so everything can be still held together even if it's quite literally falling apart. Again, blitz has his own issues, I'm not denying them. But in this situation im talking solely about the pairing.

The murder bussiness plot wasn't really my thing, but slowly I fell in love with the characters. They were so incredebly human, incredebly broken, I found a small part of me in each of them. Viv made me care about horny murderous *demons* after all if you can see humanity in demons you can see it in anyone

Hey, sorry if your video contradicts my comment here, but I feel like the tonal shifts would’ve worked better if they cut the stuff where they go to earth and a few other scenes. Sorry, it’s just become secondary or just in the background to the more interesting stuff in hell. How am I supposed to care about Moxxie’s flashback to his abusive childhood when it’s in the middle of the s*x toy house scene or after the first episode when a murder family with kids were killed for laughs? In Hazbin Hotel, I don’t need to suspend my disbelief as much because it’s all in hell and people can’t die unless it’s by angelic weapons. So, the tonal shifts, mostly, feel far more natural.

Btw one of the most 'successful' ways for a kid to get a deadbeat parent 'back' is to win the lottery. Food for thought. Is that "love", or is it "love of what you can get out of someone?".. Hate to be cynical. But some relationships have taught me, a lot of people care more about what they "get out" than "put in". Not that relationships are supposed to be about it.. But a lot of people seem to view it like life should be paid for.

A great, detailed, and honestly rarely honest take on the situation. I think most people lean towards one sided tribalism and all of us see the world through a coloring of our own lens. Many who seem to see themselves as the Blitz seem to feel like people who tried, or who chased someone who turned them down. Many of the people who see themselves as the Stolas, might be coming from places they felt like they gave and gave, but it was never enough, and their partners just abused them, verbally or physically, made them feel unsafe, and felt like their resources were wasted. I think while a lot of people just want that kinda fairy tale writing, this writing, while messy, is a lot more realistic in the real world than a. Stolas: "Oh blitzo, i love you, lets make gay babies!" Blitzo: "Oh yes Stolas, my gay 12 figure prince with infinite money who is good enough for me, i love you!" Stolas: "Yayayayay! Lets have gay babies!, person who is only employed using resources and who attempted to strangle me on a first night. I have no problems with this relationship whatsoever, and as a npc, exist solely to give you money and disappoint you!" Blitzo: "Thank you npc stolas! My never good enough infinite source of money! I will name our babies Georgie, and he will be our mpreg baby! :D. Then i, the breadwinner of the house will play mmorpgs and call of duty and yell slurs into the lobby for 20 conseqeutive hours while our babies, needing their parents. Hear that's more important for their parents to have fun time than stable parenting as unvulnerable children vs vulnerable 35 year old adults without income... Yay trust funds! :D" / s (????) We see that it's pretty easy to write a fic like that. And to be honest, Millie and Moxxie, as well as later Ozzie /Fizz (kinda(??)) completely cover the relationship. As far as the "everyone trashing on blitzo part" though, i suppose i know i definitely partake a fair bit and take up space by volume. But imho to my perspective. When i first came in to the scene, it wasn't. "They are both hurt and broken and could be better" It was often. "Stolas should be ran oVR" "STOLAS IS A DIK!" "FUK STOLAERS!" "BLITZO DID NTUHGIN WONG!" "THEY DHOULD HURT STOLA!" "STELLA SHOULD TAKE ME!" "FK SLEIFH PPL LIK STOLAS!" "What a piece of !@#! for NOT UNDERSTANDING that Blitzo's SCREAMING is his way of EXPRESSING HIMSELF!" Meanwhile for my friend group, it was stuff. "People should add to your life, not subtract from it." "Friendships and relationships should be two sided. Taking has no limits or toll on the body, providing does." "Sometimes you'll find out 'saving someone', they thought that 'faking' the injury was the 'work', and that sinking you with them was the pay off." "Never cross the ocean for a person who'd drown you to fetch a remote". "Abusers often see themselves as either 'victims' or 'heros' / 'martyrs' too, and completely warp their own side of the story, blaming the true victim (sufferer of abuse), while making the abuser the poor victim ('it's not my fault, my parents did this, that's why i was justified doing it to something innocent.') Even left vs texas red i got things from my supportive network, not to shill just to try and take in all things. === Pov from a child abuse survivor / daughter of bpd parents who later became a psychatrist. Met off duty in a support group for children raised by parents with parential personality disorders. === "Blitzo could potentially have borderline Personality order. And it's true, his parents sold him for money, he never had a stable relationship. He seemed fine pre 10ish, but seemed to massively deteriorate mentally after the sale. While it seems a joke plot in the cartoon. If they were a real life character, it could be possible it could heavily lean towards a borderline personality disorder colored trait. Blitzo acts on impulses, has worries about abandonment issues, and people with bpd generally tend to unfortunately be more prone to act on violence as well as their offspring and sometimes tend to be absentee or become arrested parents." "While it can be good to cheer on and validate everyone, all our feelings can be valid. But taking out abuse on people who never partook in the cycle is, off the clock, a huge silent concern of me. While we can't say we hope no one finds love, i've heard and been part of personality disordered households before. And the children, who were vulnerable and helpless, were abused by adults, who chose to use the kids for emotional needs and scapegoats instead of other adults and took out abuse on the kids. It's not that we're wishing for bpds and npds to 'never find love'. It's that we've seen what their idea of 'love' looks like. And it unfortunately can easily trend towards literal textbook definitions of textbook violence, instead of using awareness to try and improve their own behavior, many clinical npds or bpds, can unfortunately tend to use the situation to 'justify abuse', because 'it's the way i am'. Instead of 'this is something i need to fix. and i should try to fix it.' "

To me. Saying the issue is complicated is a understatement, even i have trouble making sense of it. And things can both echo and internet sympathy can easily be very different vs virtue signalling sympathy. "Oh, those poor homeless people. They don't have a house, someone should do something about it!." -> "We've created shelters for them, food banks, and meal services 5 times a day in the park as well as yoga. Some working class people even find it jading that they work 60 hrs a week to be in a slum, and someone who costs the taxpayers -70,000$ a year. The shelters have cameras and roofs as well as no weapon rules after previous (learned from unfortunate experience) knife attacks or drug abuses/overdoses. If the homeless don't over do drugs. They can live at the shelters. These ones in the tents, slumming and dropping needles. Are the ones who choose not to be rehabilitated and seek employment resources." -> "But, if you'd like to. You could let one into your house.. But there have been 7 local cases of 'good samiritan, letting doors open to house homeless. Found dead, and house squatted for 4 months." It's like not ragging for things to fail. Nor trying to see the worst. Blitzo for many cases, is a fictional character and just as you admit, he has flaws. And a lot of people who sympathize with Blitzo or Stolas aren't all those things. Very few people who sympathize with Stolas are 0.0001% 12 figure 12 feet tall victorian princes with wings who personally order hits on climate change activists due to being bored and horny. If anything, most of our irl people are alleged Trumps and Clintons at Epsteins. Who just mysteriously have everyone 'poof away'. For what it's worth. Stolas is probably a fictional character and the parts i relate with aren't the "stolas bought and enslaved a person to be his little toy and ignored all needs and wants".. Nah, there's definitely very well written /realistically written raw dramas. I've wrote a few fics myself i admit and i noticed something too. We don't usually seperate npc vs writing vs wish fulfillment device VS real life human being. And a lot of Writers frankly, write people more like puppets, marionettes of a fantasy, madly in love with whoever they see most as their favorite love interest. If anything, it'd be rather easy to write Stolas + Blitz like a Moxie/Millie / Ozz/Fizz or Amy/Sonic or Phineas/Ferb. Some of the early pilot and alleged leaked early plots that early Pilot Stolas "Weird bird @!# man who makes me uncomfortable" (Pilot, S1:1 and S1:2), had Stolas written initially planned full stop as a full central villain. Even in the pilot you can tell that while i sympathize most to finding the S2 Stolas relatable, (I boycott S1 due to Vizziepop allegedly attempting to dox other indie artists/writers and encourage proxy harassment on polite indie film makers with the Springtrap event and Scott Cawson, allegedly trying to dox them, and getting doxed themselves(???), (but it was twitter so it could have been bullshit.). I came into Helluva boss watching from reverse. Stola's relationships mirrored a lot of fallings out i had had with some formerly pleasant to now noxious communities. Once as a kid, even though it was moments, i was around to watch Viziepop from her earliest shows from timber, but the childhood friends i was thinking about weren't just people i watched for 2 minutes and done. But literal childhood friends, people i spent years with as kids playing in pools, the sun, and clans and guilds and scouts and computer lab runescapes with. I suppose that might derail. But like many people say to a failing relationship. == "It's complicated." == The idea that someone, should just pay for your entire life, while you get verbally abused, mislead on a intentionally groomed misleading just rubbed me wrong. Yes s1 Stolas is coercive and i watched S2 to S1 in reverse after the Viziepop alleged twitter/Scott Cawson / Springtrap doxing/harassment dramas of 2023. For like week after week, there was someone who had gone. "Hey, i didn't have the budget for voice actors, but i'm willing to recast. But when i asked, everyone laughed at me and said no pay would be insulting or they'd 'do it', as long as they got paid 5000$ for 2 minutes of time. I do look up to the film industry and want to work with you. :(. it hurts so much to be demonized by people i looked up to", and the drama was like "YOU ARE SUCH A WORTHLESS #!@!#@!, YOU WORTHLESS @!#!#@. YOU THIEF! YOU PIECE OF !@#!@#" I get that people always look to validate emotions. But like. While people talk a lot about people simping for stolas.. I get i talk a lot. But i feel like in terms of numbers.. I kinda feel like im like only 1 person doing it? Sure i talk a lot, but i feel like it's because everyone else to my pov, i know what it's like to go through a smear campaign trying to please everyone "Art should be free!" "I need to sleep" "STOP SLEEPING AND DRAW MORE ART!" "I have school and a job" "Well shut up!". "You're a ELITIST WHO THINKS only people who can afford art should have it!" So i saw people trying to do stuff to make everyone happy. And that ended up absolutely @#!!#@ terribly. And a pov i got is. You can't please everyone if two sides support are based on hating the other. And maybe with relationships in Stolitz. While i over think. I feel like honestly, it's a very good take. no matter how you poke it from. I have had multiple relationships, and what surprises me is how dysfunctional and chaotic the bad ones have been, and reflecting upon Stolitz has also made me realize how unhealthy they were. === On the flip end, having the healthy relationships open up a lot. === "Hey, you look down.. You keep asking for someone to care. about you. Not you looking after them. They just take, take, and take. And blame, blame, and blame. Everyone shits on you, nobody looks after you. Why don't you stop looking after the prodigal sons, why don't you care about the good people in your life? You have us, and you neglect us for the people who do everything wrong, you end up scarred, they drag you down, we bring you up. But you have the idea you need to 'save' them from 'their own choices'. That all consequences in their life is 'everyone but their own's'... When they're the common demeanor in all 100-500 of theirs." - Friend "Stop trying to 'save' them. Be here for the people here for you. I know it can hurt to let go of someone, even if you wanted all 1000/1000 people here with you. But sometimes, you have to let the worst 1/1000 go. Even if they might crash without you. Sure you ask yourself 'but who'll care about their happiness'. But have you ever asked yourself. 'have they ever cared about yours?'. It's not that we're rooting for them to fail. But you're letting them scar you, just so they can take from you. Sure people need food on their table. But sometimes, we need to grow. It's selfish of them to expect you, to throw away your whole life, for someone who merely aquainted with you for a few seconds of your life. They're not looking for a 'friend', you're letting yourself get used by someone who doesn't even care about you. Look after yourself, because we need you too. And we care about you. more than them. " - Friend == Probably overthinking == Anyways, i probably over think. And just vent journal here. But for my perspective, i know what it can be like to be smeared, mobbed, expected to constantly 'pay' for a 1000 people who each want a 1000$, who each want to 'get out' but don't even understand basic economics.. That i'm not some magical fantasy 12 figure bird.. But im a person with a family i need to take care of. And my kids, spouse, and family comes first before people trying to use me for money. I did grow up in a high trust / neighbor looking after neighbor neighborhood. So it was a culture shock to see just how.. blatantly corrupt and.. self focused.. and celebrated some people were. Like we weren't raised as princes. We were a 90%. We were taught that if we wanted something, we had to earn it. I had nothing growing up, so i knew what it was like to have nothing, or live in want. I gave maybe not because i cared solely about the other person, but while we had a good neighborhood, i grew up in life without a single toy. Our parents had money, but never spent it on us. We could never have wants, we didn't have a childhood, i can't even remember having a 1$ hot wheels. Every time i grew up, my parents raised us up in a dysfunctional household. Wanting to fix things i tried to "be the change you want to believe in", and "pay it forward", and that was a mistake. Because i wasn't a 12 figure fantasy prince. I ran out of human limits, either money or time, people screamed at me when i went to sleep. "WAKE UP! WAKE UP! WORK MORE, WORK MORE, WORK MORE!", "MORE MORE MORE"! So the side of Stolas i relate to, isn't the initally planned creep of S1. im not defending that. S1 stolas in retrospect, did have communciation problems. Blitzo show wise was his first relationship, and i just went. "oh, These two are such drama birds, why would they reject each other?", until Blitzo rejected Stolas like a few weeks after i had gone a falling out with someone.

On the flip end, i wasn't actually in any romantic relationship with 'any blitzo'. They took money, and it was never real, and i think they were love in the fantasy, a person with infinite money with no limits like some Bruce Wayne demon prince. A fake escapist fantasy, not a harsh but needed reality, not a person with real world limits, who ran out, got tired, needed 8 hrs of sleep, and needed 5-8 years of setup and also had to look after their kids and family first, and was no where close to being a fantasy billionaire. But that could be a over projection too. To my perspective, i after boycotting S1, saw a bunch of people shitting on Stolas, saying how awful he was, how he "should" have paid for Blitzo's entire life, for nothing in return but a unhealthy, conflict filled unhealthy relationship for a person he barely knew past a few minutes in childhood. If anything Stolas seemed like a mockery but also fantasy princed version of the life i knew. Sure i wanted to cling onto my childhood friends. But it was after throwing them away before, and realizing people were aging, childhood pets were dying, i got sentimental and maybe tried to cling onto the past. I didn't want to lose the last reminder of things i grew up with. But when i was repeatably hurt, i found i no longer wanted to be part of a community, although once sweet, that had mobbed and hurt me, for just a few minutes after a lifetime of trying to care... On their OWN damn toddler impulses. I got into drama for something that would get rabidly hated 5 months later. I had about as much awareness of it as Obama being told in 2012 that he should have known he'd cause 9/11 in 2001 after 2008. I guess the whole thing is a over vent. Stolas is stolas, and i am me. == Plight of the working man. Tired, exhausted, taken for granted, and used. == But i just found it relatable as well as King Magnifico. The idea of a working man, trying to look after others to mask and shelter people from the pain they could have once went through, just be crapped on, smeared, having all their 'friends' turn out to be fake 'friends', who saw them as harmful. And rather than stay 'loyal' to 'YOU ARE THE CAUSE OF ALL MY PROBLEMS". I just left and found warmth where i found it. A healthy community of people who said i mattered, that they loved to have me. That abuse wasn't justified, we should look after our family. And i was never in a romantic relationship with any irl blitz. I was just trying to keep them from hurting themselves or others. And hell, maybe the irl blitzes i knew have gotten themselves into Jail or evicted or struggling to pay rent or with criminal records on employments or who are already fine and stable.. but just cried wolf for attention, and faked the whole thing to see what people they could scam or mooch a nice easy 100-1000$ from. Maybe i was a fool / mark, who stupidly got conned into thinking i was 'saving' someone. who just wanted a free lunch. Regardless. I guess i over vented here. But you have a good analysis on the video. The situation really is "complicated'. And i've learned, with reflection, to let go of toxic relationships. Instead of clinging blindly onto the past.

Stolas was still the initiator and he's sickening for saying he loves Blitz for himself and not sxx, he is a blatent hypocrite and more in wrong & the creators to just make Blitz villanous in AT to make Stolas the one who was never at fault or about sxx is despicable and revolting. And Viv's statement Stolas was in wrong too is a lie, this was before AT and Viv legit was shxtty to say it then have the entire episode make it finger pointing and malice towards Blitz and also hyping up Unhappy Campers as Millie's focused episode to just right away be not at all centered around her then have the Short with her and her sister that Millie-focused episode & we still havent gotten an episode after that and yet people give her the benefit of the doubt and she's a 100% honest person.
