I’m literally counting the days until Wendy’s enter the Aussie market and fire a well overdue rocket right up Maccas and Hungry’s. Both have had it too good too long and are absolutely taking the piss out of the consumer. Carls JR has helped, a little - but the prices for this stuff are just a slap in the face. What makes you think Wendy's is going to be any better. They like the rest of them have overheads and Australian wages to pay. Real estate leasing of a suitable sight is a massive killer. All costs have to be recouped as well as profit. It can cost up to $2000 and beyond, per hour to keep the doors open of some fastfood chains.

I found Maccas spicy sauce to be hot just for the sake of being hot and not actually adding anything to the flavour or experience of the meal. You could buy pure capsicum spray, soak the bun in it and get a better flavour profile.

The price, presentation and quality of food at McDonald’s is basically a slap in the face to the consumer. For decades people have gladly handed their money to them and they know it!Only for prices to go up and quality to go down. They use a ‘new filler’ in their burger meat .
