In theory there were going to be two classes of humans, the civilized and the uncivilized. I think it would be a good idea for the civilized to start by arriving by boat to one of the facilities, but the boat is attacked by a sea dinosaur and the player appears with the basic equipment on the dock and no map or compass or anything. I think they will have quite a technological advantage and starting directly in a base would be too much. And in the middle of the island it would not make sense.

5:00 always keep in mind for all the stuff we get to see theres still a bunch we havent seen yet. Humans in the current livebuild are basically just pawns to move around the map with barely any features and animations. That does not mean they haven't been worked on. The current human pawn remains basically the same as when they were first made playable. And going off of dev comments there seems to be a lot of stuff already worked on behind the scenes that are gonna get added in incremental steps (my guess is to lay the foundation for humans to actually have stuff to do once the full experience is planned to drop. But to reiterate just cause we can't see sth doesn't mean it's not being worked on.

And I have also seen plenty of what they will be doing with them and their plans, the point there with that weird kick was that it wasn't there before, it was an actual kick, and they could eat before and take meat chunks, now they can not so I was confused why this was changed when it is a step backwards, like why add it, you get me?

A lot of people seem to only want tribals but I just wanna say that would work but it’d be hard to add. Because let’s face it a giant carnivore could literally kill you in two chops or even a pounce from a sub adult raptor. Dino’s got speed and health on their side. Any melee weapon would be ineffective against a dinosaur. So I suggest making the humans more like game wardens. They can go out and explore and take care of the animals while carrying a gun as protection because let’s face it a spear or bow isn’t going to cut it. They will be limited to getting food and ammo that they can carry in a bag at facilities because it’s a good way to stop them from dumping millions of rounds into Dino’s and also gives incentive to not mess with Dino’s constantly stopping it from becoming one big safari hunt.

I think it's an amazing idea. I really want to be able to play a survival game as a human on an island with realistic dinosaurs, and not like that Ark, where it wouldn't matter if they were dinosaurs or Pokémon. And also as a dinosaur that must protect itself from humans or hunt them while having to survive in a dangerous environment. I think the Evrima version is already playable enough as a dinosaur that they could focus a bit more on humans now. Dinosaurs already have enough mechanics to make the gameplay experience entertaining, but humans are more complex and will need more mechanics, including roleplay.

I hope human game play is mission based like you go in complete a mission so you can leave the island. Keep it survival horror and less ark like, less of a focus on building and more on maintaining structures, keeping up communication, and grabbing samples for the scientist. And if you fail to complete you mission in your time frame you are stuck and have to hope for more humans to come so you can catch a ride. Because being trapped on the isle should be a death sentence. Also cap humans so you cant have too many on the server at once.

For human cars it should be like the Dino Stamina where you can rest to get your energy back since the car should be electric where the roof of the car is a solar panel and if the solar panel is damaged you’ll get fuel much slower if not no fuel regain at all so then if your solar panels are damaged there are resources around the map that can repair it. And you can upgrade your cars like mutations but you can only upgrade 1 specific trait like make it so your car is faster but burns battery fast or Your Solar panel is stronger but your car is slightly slower or maybe you can upgrade your car storage but you car will take damage easier

Pretty much just not OP like a human shouldn't be able to just spawn in and absolutely merc a fg teno, and I hope they dont make it like arc so the isle doesn't turn into a human based game. Humans should also be very defenceless no matter what equipment they have, dinosaurs should be able to out stat them in any case, night vision, hp, damage, speed etc. I think the base building you mentioned would just be small tents. I also hope dinosaurs would be able to smell human bases and humans themselfs.

I am one of the people that’s perfectly OK with the humans never being put in the game. It would be interested if the people were tribal early humans. The idea of modern weapons is just offputting to me. As a dinosaur, you just don’t stand a chance against modern weapons. In my opinion, if they don’t set some servers aside for dinosaurs only I think it’s going to hurt the game badly, possibly even to the point of it being dead. Because it’s really easy to off-balance the game with modern weapons. Because no matter how rare a shotgun or an RPG would be you’re still going to be extremely pissed when some little human randomly blows your T-Rex’s head off or one shots your Dino that you spent 4 to 5 hours growing. I don’t know. Maybe I’m being paranoid about it. I don’t know.

Imagine growing a dino for three hours only for three humans in trucks with Sniper Rifles to chase and murder you. If guns have to be found and are hard to find then it would take humans hours to get a gun and then hours to get a car/truck ready and able to run any dino over, so then it's justified.
