Pride in one's work! Work ethics! What a freakin concept!! I'm a retired machinist , off and on, a mechanical QA inspector. At many jobs, if I failed to do my job, humans might die. I could even have been imprisoned for my failure.

@@rollinrat4850 I agree with you when it comes to integrity and taking responsibility of your work, but there is absolutely no shame of being proud of a job well done.

@@djamelhamdia134 Certainly. I liked your comments. I'm just a sarcastic guy, stating the obvious. Pride in one's work and high quality products are pretty rare these days. Production and manufacturing are all about money, efficiency, numbers and profits. That's kind of sad, but it's reality. What's also very noticeable is safe working conditions in many places around the world. These things also cut into profits. There are several safety no no's here.

Sehr gute und schnelle Arbeit. Nur am Ende beim Lackieren wurde unsauber gearbeitet - die Zylinderstange sollte man nicht lackieren.

It does not look like they honed the inside of the cylinder ? Looked pretty rusty in there, not gonna lie. Also they painted the rod? wtf
@jeanrobertwongtitshing8227
@jeanrobertwongtitshing8227 Жыл бұрын
the rod should not be painted, if retracted it would damaged the water seal proof, rod should be left in its chrome of the outside.

@user-sv2it3tm6n Жыл бұрын
Looks like that rod is all way in already, so it doesn't really mater in this case. Some cylinders got a rod way longer than a cylinder.

Probably working for pennies an hour and no safety guards on any machines or safety glasses. This was us in the west 100 years ago. I have to say I would love to see what today’s youth would think of this kind of work.

I know 3 guys my age working in hydraulics. Ask them maybe. This wasn't us in the West. My Great Granddad worked at Steyr when they only made guns. He had earmuffs. Hydraulics also existed but they were of much higher quality than what you see in this video. These are beat down european machines gifted to them decades ago, not their own workings
