Wow your skin-tone is amazing - a true African - beautiful. For bulk cooking you could consider making 5 meals in one day and cooking them in the oven at the same time. A former work friend would make a shepherds pie, a stew, cheese potato pie and other dishes put them in the oven using all shelves and then cooled and froze them.

Please, my sister, get them foot ball. Let them play outside. Your husband engages them by keeping them busy. That way, they will not be bored. Another suggestion, get them bike. Go riding on Saturdays and make it a routine. It will be excellent for the kids. Stay blessed.
