Heres a tip: I think when you're recording the footage you should put some large black targets or markers on the characters faces, this will make tracking a lot easier.

this is so good lol, i think two's facial impressions should've been more expressive to make it a little more fun but this is still really impressive! however i think i would've just used content aware scale on after effects (or generative fill idk if its the same thing) and then make two's face transparent to avoid adjusting all the lighting manually. i've never seen any other object creators use AE before, really great work!
