Feeding wild animals & birds is tricky. They become dependent on easy food and stop searching for food. They then multiply quickly as the only work for them is breeding. Their population increases & they end up becoming pests. This has happened with Feral pigeons in UK, US and every place where people were feeding them. They are scavengers & have to search for their food. Its same for humans, if humans didnt have to work & got easy free food daily, population explosion would have happened. No work just play.
