What do you use to record your screen?

For this video, I used Screenflow, which I'd still recommend if you're just recording screen. Since then I've moved all recording and editing to Descript, to make the workflow more convenient all in one place.

We currently have our primary field set up as just the first name. Is there a way to change that to be the first and last name? We have 200 records in this grid already. If I change this in a personal view, does it update everyone's view?

Yes! Duplicate the field so that you still have a first name column that's NOT the primary field. Then change the primary field to a formula that concatenates first & last names. Making the above change in a personal view WILL change that data everywhere
