Ok slowly pecking the turtle down was hilarious, but for people that still need the achievement it is 100% doable without cheese. The shield stacks up with *instances* of damage, not amount, so you want slow big hits (vape being the easiest).

This was exactly what I needed. Every guide I've seen for the Fatui trio uses Neuvilette (I don't have him) and for the Chimeric Bone lady Lyney or Ayaka freeze team (I don't have them). This is godsend, tysm!!

Weird. The fatui trio I just naturally gravitated to Ganyu and a balanced team with necessary elements. As long as you do the last hits from far away its easy. And bone I just instantly used amber lol. Its obvious burning would take out the hooks the fastest

the fatui trio only need 3 good shield breakers and a shielder/healer for saving yourself you need to get cryo pyro and hydro to break all their shields fast enough so that they wont trouble you

I used Layla, Sucrose, Kokomi and Arlecchino for them. Either swirl to break their shields or use the relevant elements. If one dropped their shield early, use the others to drop the other shields, once all broken go to your main DPS (mine was Arlecchino obv) and slap them around For the grappling one I used a team of Zhongli, Yoimiya, Yelan and healer for the second and Diona, Ganyu, Furina, Kokomi for the third. Third could be done with just Furina whittling, and Amber could take the spot of Yoimiya in second. You need to adapt your teams to your account and the challenge ahead

Zhongli's shield helped me through a lot of these but here some tips/remarks I have: 1:20 if you're struggling to beat the Fatui trio, try taking a powerful shielder and try to beat Vasily (the pyro one) first. He's the one who allows powerful Melts and Overloads 7:27 if you think you're dumb, know that I've never seen the cryo thing explode so I thought the explosion mentioned was when it formed the cryo area. So I got the achievement by destroying the cryo thingy before it creates the area thanks to Bennet's burst (that I saved for that attack) 20:55 I did the strat with Furina. For those who want tips: you do Furina's skill far enough from the turtle so that it doesn't trigger it, then you change into a koholosaurus and you get close to the arena so the invocations go attack the turtle. When the skill is finished you go away from the arena, re-do Furina's skill, etc. After a while (but way less than an hour) the boss is dead and you get the achievement

i actually saw someone do it with gaming barbara with gaming vaping using a rainslasher and benny buff without hitting the turtle. he had just enough damage doing only vapes, and funneled all the pyro particles per gaming E (outside of burst) to benny, but this fischl tactic was absolute peak hahahah

The reason why Sappho against the waves is referred to as ‘he’ is because of how the Chinese language and personal pronouns differ from Indo-European languages and English. I do not speak Chinese, but this is what I’ve heard from speakers: Personal pronouns do not always correlate with gender. It gets somewhat complicated, but a she can be referred to as a he in certain situations. (There’s a lot of nuances here with trans individuals, but in Chinese someone can be referred to as the opposite genders pronouns. “Sappho” also refers to lesbians. After the poet of the Greek island of Lesbos. (The island name is also a slur, but okay to say when referring to the place itself, please do not use this word Willy-nilly) So, the Chinese word for ‘he’ was used because the character is based of a lesbian which has a more masculine presence compared to other women in Chinese culture. (Please tell me if I got any information wrong, I do not speak Chinese!)

Buffed Noelle with Redhorn can hit 83k shield explosion during her burst, it *might* be possible with some convoluted Bennet/Gorou stuff with recharge on the nearby enemy, but like Ning/Kaeya/Candace I wouldn't bet on it. You can consistently do it 4 star chara/weapon only with Gaming and Heizou high cons.

for the last fatui trio challenge me and 1 other guy teamed up me using arlechino and ganyu and he used neuvilette and furina, dude the moment we went it they felt like slightly buffed regular fatuis they just melted granted we did have decently built characters but still it was satisfying. as for the rest of them i wont put myself through that amount of pain and suffering for couple primos i defeated them all once and thats enough for me
