Akasha doesn't actually take anything you can spend much money on into account, just artifact strength! Yeah, people refresh resin, but it's still super doable to get a top 10% or even 1% character f2p! (not that a build is bad if it isn't that high, of course) My furina is top 12%, and even though she's a super popular character compared to some others, I only spent around 1 month on her artifacts f2p.

don't let the top 3% fool you, this is a very strong build. since there are less chiori mains, there's less chioris on the leaderboar, so being top 1500/50k builds looks much different than being top 1500/300k builds on other leaderboards. a top 1500 for other characters would be top 1%.

Also most of the Chiori’s are Itto mains just switching their artifacts to Chiori for the rank clout lol, I only started farming Husk after her release so I’ll take my progress so far 💪

Take a look for substat priority when maxxing out for ranks, since depending on your stats a crit dmg roll could increase your rank by 3% and atk% only by 1%, so switching to a piece with a 8% more crit dmg and 10 less atk% could increase your rankings despite losing out on stats.
