The DOT suggestion is definitely based on the fact that someone like Sampo for example has most of his damage in his talent, rather than skill, and he can apply wind shear pretty consistently by just basic attacking. Not sure about Black Swan, but you probably want a wind damage dealer eventually.

yeah even Guinaifen can apply burn on her basic, Kafka can apply it on her follow-up and still detonate it with her ult. A full DoT team can still use about 80% of their kit even for this account.

Ya it was but also because almost all DoT can apply it via basic attack whether it be because of talent or basic attack description or assenction passive and some can detonate their DoT with Ult like Kafka with A6 ( I think ) and guinifen and Luka for burn and bleed respectively

you should try pulling for the dhil lc on his rerun. It has 18 crit rate which is always nice, has the highest base attack stat for a destruction lc, and its passive is triggered by basic attacking, and since you’re only doing that, it’s a good 12 energy and a ton of attack. also if you ever get clara, it’s her bis when you basic attack

Okay the elephant in the room if we go by no skill point's used then can you use Arlan his skill eats hp and not the skill points? (Cuz really Arlan E4 will make your life so much better while staying within the rules...) (Also yeah kamikaze style of his is fun and more fit for this run...) (Also also Dr.Ratio give him Subscribe for More! with Cruising in the Stellar Sea as the second best cuz stats [meaning from what you have or F2P] and as much ER on the artifacts as you can to ult more often that will give your team a major damage boost from his follow up attacks...) You should pull Topaz when she eventually gets rerunned. Pela is the best support on this account, Dan Heng 4* can be good, Herta can do Ok dmg.

I'll just say it here, i think that locked story characters (the ones who have the chains around their ult) are a no mans land in terms of the rules, like I'd personally still make it a point to avoid having those characters use skill points but them doing so does not cause the challenge to be forfeit
