UPDATE: MY FRIEND FINALLY DID LOCKERLESS Edit: By RNG, I mean good rooms for safe spots and enough lockers for everyone. I am aware you need good communication, but there is still a luck factor to it all

actually, 8 player is moreso skill based than rng based. plus, good communication and planning are severely needed in 8 player runs. you can have people use lockers, or you can have people hide in safe spots, which would be better than using just lockers.

I got A-60 and I was like "tf?" then all the videos rushed in then my brain basically said "shit we cooked" and I died. I got A-60 again 2 months later in that turret room with the purple keycard. I was stalling because i thought it (turret) would kill me. I saw the text and saw no lockers. I said to myself "shit." then i saw the little "Locker" then i jumped in it. If I would go straight on and unlocked the door and hid in the vent, I would of (maybe) died because I heard that wasn't a safe spot.

My winning lockerless run was so stressful too. Not only had I done over 20 runs just on lockerless alone, but this run was right before I had to head to work. Got 2 Pandemoniums, 2 frogers, and a chainsmoker in the run. I spent so long on the very last door, just waiting for an angler to spawn and not realizing I was a door away. Once I did get it, I've never played the same since and even now look for safe spots

Fun fact abt chainsmoker and the ridge, after chainsmoker is out of the room your in, follow his green smoke. He takes a lil longer to despawn and during that time if you open new rooms nothing else can spawn until he’s gone! :)

Just started lockerless runs yesterday and got to the ridge on my 4th or so run due to INSANE RNG. I wound up in a room with no safe spots and got jumped by Angler. Decided to see how close I was with a revive and the airlock was the NEXT room. I’m so pissed because if I hadn’t wasted time looking for a spot and charged ahead instead I would have made it. Haven’t gotten that good rng since, only made it past searchlights once since then but I’ll keep trying. 🤞

20:30 my theory for hiw this happened is you got healed like STRAIGHT after the attack. Which probably glitched the game. Making it think you had 89 health. So it healed you to 90 the second damage was done.
