@@vivan66111 You cannot use lower timeframes for trend identification hence if take intraday trades use 30 mins n use 200 n 400 ema for trend identification. N if u use shorter timeframe use 50 n 200 on 1 min. It's best with 30 mins (200 n 400 ) ema

I want tips for how to trade with a positive mindset even after losing days or streaks. Like i get demotivated that the trading is might not for me-I can't able to do it perfectly-I always get low quality trades ..something like this statement comes in conversation with my own self, These are negative for my trading journey and it becomes resistance for me to grow in trading. Also the trading profession plays with human emotions nicely that it makes it easy for traders to quit or puts them in a loop where I lose all motive and also it feels like i am wasting time. So what can be solutions or tips to stay positive in mind.

And no more than 3losing days in a row, after that take a break for a couple of days, take your mind off of trading, do whatever makes your mind relax. By then the emotions must have worn off, you may be able to think clearly and get back to trading with a fresh mind.
