yeah haha even do medical research links pleasuring yourself as something complete normal and healthy. The problem is when YOU make it unhealthy, sure you can concentrate if you do it, do it after concentrating then, you can rewire it as a reward system for example. Its basically fine as long as it doesnt interfere with your studies, social life, sleep, etc. Its like playing videogames after studying, sure it can be unhealthy, there are people who game all day and night, but so is sugar unhealthy if you do eat to much. or salt, or carbohidrates, or even doing to much sport. Anything is bad if you do to much, in some circustamnces you can do more or less, for example you can eat more carbohrydates a day you do more physical activity. Even drugs are "good" (IF YOU WERE TO USE THEM ONCE), the problem is that because they are so addicting by using them once you can already form an addiction. If you have the willpower and most importanty a good mental health, you can practice "tricking your brain" moderatly.

@@delbimore431you’re completely right, but it’s also something tons of people deal with and sometimes you need someone to really tell you to get it together and break the pattern. not sure how helpful maybe someone on the internet is though but it’s a good start

Everything changed for me as i got a little older, had kids, and started a business. Uncontrollable Lust went way down. Success begits success. Make one small step and it accumulates over time. Porn from time to time is fine i think. Balance yall. I think feeling guilty or believing youve done something wrong somehow makes the addiction stronger. Dont make it such a big deal. Everyone is doing it, dont be guilty about it all, just try to slowly feel your time with other things.

Honestly, needed this advice! Seems so obvious yet I rarely ever have conversations about these type of topics. Very interesting how you choose these topics and make it almost motivational in some aspects. Definitely thriving for change in my life right now and even though every yt video is purely entertainment, its still refreshing that my entertainment is positive which include your video's. Huge thanks to you my man!
