Very interesting! Am a HIM graduate and starting out on entry level to get the experience since I am moving industries. But I like the fact that she says when you are starting out don't look at the 6 figures...and that's my mantra now because am sure in atmost 2 years I will have what I need to move up...This was encouraging!
