I might make one soon. The spitfire is a very wobbly plane. In order to tame it, I decreased the pitch sensitivity to 0.8 of its original value. And practised. :)

Thanks man! Yes I used a saitek x55 in this video. The beat tip I can give you is to always know your surroundings and to have patience while you fly to set yourself up in an advantageous position. Better aiming will come with time when you have developed muscle memory of your specific control setup. I will definitely do a video of the Yak soon. Probably the Yak 1B which is extremely good at killing bf 109s imo. See you in game perhaps!

Have you tried the typhoon mk1 its BR5? This airplane is legendary i have the most fun with it these days.

Hey man I love your videos. Having lots of fun watching and also learn quite a bit. I just started playing with hotas and struggle with aiming. Do you use rudder pedals? Because your aim is very smooth and rudder control on my x52 stick seems impossible.

Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed them! I would advise to have patience for the muscle memory to build and practise with an aircraft that are easily maneuvered with stable aim like the bf109, A6M2 or the Yak1-b. I don't use rudder pedals either. I use the twist function of my stick. Also, fiddle with stick sensitivity settings to what feels best.

Thanks man :) Hmm, I'm not sure what you mean with vertical targeting. I use a joystick and I tweak the sensitivity options in War thunder for different planes in order to improve my aim.

I could make one I guess. Only I use different settings for different planes. I vary the pitch and roll sensitivity depending on which plane I fly. For the spitfire I use a low pitch sensitivity and for the typhoon a high pitch sensitivity and high roll sensitivity.

Sitter även och väntar på att en 75" HD 4K tv ska komma med posten så nu kommer jag troligen bli mer effektiv bara av att kunna se fiender bättre. Nu är furrballs i sim tyvärr en enda röra av små svarta prickar och boom and zoom nästan omöjligt. Jag har mest koncentrerat mig på att lära mig mec och vänja mig vid att "flyga" i kampanjerna.
