2019 was a great year for Depop! I started selling in March and I never expected it to blow up as much as it has over the year. At the beginning of December, I was a suggested seller! Overall, I've had 13 items featured on Explore and sold 100+ items. Now I just to find lower-priced items to fill up my shop like you mentioned and try to become verified. Here's to 2020!

Hey Jaxon! Love your videos, especially ones that focus on the business side of being an online seller. I was wondering, would you consider doing a video on how you decide pricing for items? Especially for items you can't find anywhere else? It'd be really helpful to hear more about your thought process on pricing in general. Also, what about a video exploring the descriptors you use? "embossed spellout" "single stitched" "dead stock" etc. etc. That would be so helpful for an amateur like myself. There's a huge learning curve for anyone getting into fashion and I'm finding the information fairly inaccessible. Thanks for all you do!

first sale is always hard! just make sure your pictures are nice and well lit/focused and have a good description and bump your items a lot especially if you only have a few! you’ll do it 🤘🏻🔥💯

Also, I just reached 1k depop followers, and have made the explore page about 15-20 times, but have only sold around 25 items like I said. Kind of gets discouraging sometimes. You seem like you had way more sales with way less followers

sounds about right haha, i always follow back up with people around 2 weeks after i ship asking them if everything went great with the order and to please leave me feedback. that usually helps but you'll still get some people who never leave reviews.

​@@lovelessvintage not surprised, shipping in canada alone is insane as well its sometimes just cheaper to ship to US depending what part of Canada. not only that tho being located in Canada is a struggle on depop enough for a few reasons atm. is it just me or are depop hashtags geo locked / not mixed with other countries anymore along with searching on their website the results aren't mixed anymore search results show whatever region is on the bottom lol & canada isnt there/included smh lol so only mobile users could find sellers outside their own country if they search hard enough, majority of my engagement lately has been from canada since the last few updates/changes they made. 🤷🤷🤷 welp
