Hi Onyinye, please when it comes to creating a LinkedIn profile, I've had one before but let's say I'm switching to being a VA as a beginner. How do I make that change on LinkedIn without sounding like a newbie?

Ohhh , that is what I am going through right now- transitioning from full time va to full time pm. Adjust your LinkedIn experience, titles, etc to your new role… and just start posting like a mid level. (Don’t post beginner related content please. It will tell you off) The mistake people make is anouncing that they are transitioning. Announcement already gives you off as a newbie in the new career. The only time you talk about transitions to new role should be when you’ve landed a job in the new role. Hope this helps
