Actually, a friend of Derek Yu (the Maker of Spelunky) once made a game, that deletes a random file on your PC when you die (or so i Think, maybe it was random when it happens) Not sure if it still exist or all copies accidentally deleted themselves Also Derek Yu likes the idea of a game, that crashes when you win or even deletes itself. So maybe, just maybe, we get a game that deletes itself upon death.

lose lose procedurally generates enemy designs using random files on your computer as seeds. When the enemy dies it deletes the seed file. The game goes on until something too important is removed and the computer dies, you get killed by enemies, or the game deletes itself or something required to run it. Iirc
