You may know that my brand is called RED so my default calendar colour is...red! I’m 100% with you though that it gets so intimidating to see all these red items 😂 deffo colour code so it’s not too heavy

Haha yes I like red but on my calendar it takes me back to school where red was bad to have on papers! 🤪

This is so useful! I love google calendar and thanks for the recommendation on the scheduling site. I'm going to check it out to use for blog interviews! Also, did you have a video on the lighting set-up you use? Because your lighting is always on point and I need serious help in that department.

Yes! Acuity is great for scheduling interviews, some of my podcast clients use it that way :)

Question: wouldn't it be easier to put a block on Acuity that said not to allow more than 3 calls to be booked in 1 day? I personally never used Acuity for myself but I know that's an option both on Calendly and Dubsado

Yes that's a great question! You can set up rules or also block days on Acuity itself, but I just prefer to manage it on my day to day calendar, it's just easier for me to make adjustments/exceptions if I need to! I'm actually planning a video on Acuity next :)
