Lets say i created a window washing business and it grew big enough to where i needed employees. Is it sustainable if i wanted to pay them a percent of the income brung in at the end of the day rather than hourly, and do you (or anyone) think that would incentivize them to work fast but poorly?
@RubenAndelin8 ай бұрын
I do solar sales for Sunrun and do extremely well. My DM sent me this video because he said Josh and I have a very similar style and it’s really interesting to see it at work for a different service. What’s their full pitch? Does anyone have access to their training document or does it follow the same Intro, problem, solution, takeaway, transition structure. He’s also really good at bandwagoning and assumptive selling.
@SJVA7 ай бұрын
Just buy their window sales training course. You're already making bank in solar so it's an easy career cross training investment.

All your doing is suckering people in to use the program that’s on your hat, you never show anything like every other channel. No work, no workers, no anything just you going to random strangers home which is probably scripted. You offer that free script or whatever you call it then you sucker people in to using your program. Lol
