How pretty! Spanish style homes are one of my favorite architectural styles. Did you make any changes to the bathroom? Was the bedroom an add-on? It appeared to lack the character found in the living room and hallway.

I only painted it. I don't love the bathroom but until I can properly redo it, it will stay as is :)

And this is why I moved from Long Beach to Atlanta. I paid $400000 for a 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom

This is actually why im moving to centennial hills in las vegas 650,000 over there looks like a mansion one of the houses I looked at had 3 floors and 4000 sq ft. It is pretty silly that a house in what used to be considered the ghetto of west LB could go for 700k I have seen 800 sq ft houses here for that much. At this point even bakerfield and victorville start to look better for 400 k houses.
