You should elevate the solar panels to create a gazebo . Thats also a nice entertaining space. Plus if the panels are higher they will get more sun as that area seems to loose sunlight early.

@@1human179 There is no size quoted for that house but it looks like an average finish on a small lot. More than US 100 per sq ft is too much. There is no way that build is approx US1M. No pool, land, solar etc. It would not even cost half the stated price. That would mean my house on a private estate much bigger with every amenity possible would cost about US3M to build in addition to land cost. That house in the vid has been built for more than the open market value if the builder is accurate on his charge to build. You can BUY 2 complete houses for that cost.

I respect individual style but agree generally houses are built in a 60s style. Ja needs more contemporary/modern houses like you find at Whitehouse Beach Club, Westmoreland. Solar Panels should be part of Building Regs.
