Your videos are so instructive. As a bikepacker who makes his my own gear, I've learned a lot. Plus I love how it teaches without words, and has soothing music-- and a cat!

@@frenchescarthecraftsmaker Amazing! You’ve got an attention to a lot of details when it comes to tools / and handy quick patterns, it’s opening a whole new world of possibilities in my MYOG journey. Haha. Thanks for that :) Quick question: do you use a respirator with your hot knife to avoid breathing the fumes? I want to get one but need to make some research.

Nice work man! Wondering why you put all those clips on the bag when it was already sewn up? Then you just took them off. Would have enjoyed seeing the final product in use on a bike. Thanks.

Hi there, thank you so much for watching and your compliment. The bag is sewn and I was using the clips to mold the shape. Usually I will leave it overnight and remove the clips the next day. This bag is a customised bag, I have the final picture on my IG and if you are interested, go to sixrollingwheels instagram and look at the final picture. :)

Very nice video, you’ve just got yourself a new saddler subscriber! Maybe instead of using this much amount of clips, hammering the stitches as if it’s leather might help to mark the corners/edges. I’m gonna try with some vx42

What amazing cratfmanship! Very curious about what all those machines are. Do they all do one single thing or do some have multiple usecases?

After sewing my second framebag with X-Pac-VX21, I can say that your tutorials have been the most instructive and helpful videos for my MYOG ambitions. When you are in the sewing process, your craftsmanship and how you set up each of the steps makes so much sense. So far I'm doing my stuff on a normal household sewing machine. May I ask about the model you are using in this video (other than the Juki LK 19000 Bartaking machine)? Thanks for your tutorials and the great work.

Hi, thank you for watching the video. I bought the fabric clamps and weights from a industrial sewing machine shop when I was in Japan.

Thank you very much for the video. It is really inspiring for me as I am trying to learn how to make my own bags. I am a little bit confused though since the bag at the end seems to have two sides with zippers and a wall in between? Before it looks like the bag you are making has just one side with a zipper and no inner wall. Is that intentional or am I missing something? It would be really helpful to see how an inner can be sewn into such a bag... However, I really like your videos. Not only the craftmanship that you put into your work but also the style of filming, cut and music of your videos are really good! I hope we can see more of these in the future. Thumbs Up!!!

Hi, thank you for watching the video. This bag has 2 sides, one deeper side and one flatter side. It is not intentionally as this is the way how this framebag was builded.
