How I build a mini roll down bag using X-Pac® VX21 red fabric

This week, I'm building a mini roll down bag that can be attached onto a bicycle frame using X-Pac® VX21 olive fabric. You can carry things like a wallet, power bank batteries, energy bars, chocolate, etc!
