Loved Peter's comments on the work that goes into defining the brand problem before hiring an agency. I see so many business outsource that work and then get fatigued by the process. It is fatiguing which is why you just need to double-click, go hardcore, and figure it out. Then bring in the experts to make it all work into a finished product. Cliche but - defining the problem is 99% of the work! Great episode!

Not sure if they changed the recipe since but about 9-10 years ago when I tasted it for the first time it did not taste good at all. The packaging and the ingredients were appealing but the taste and texture of that bar was not for me
