Im a leader of a master 2 clan. My clan was built from level 1, and we just leveled up to a level 10 clan. I fully agree with everything said. I also try to empower my elders to speak up when they see a weak attacks, kick players that are inactive or toxic. I tell them all the time "your an elder for a reason"

Great point I love it! Leadership encouraged at all levels. The elders that show that ability are for sure co-leader material, if they walk the talk too with attacks/donations/etc. Let me know what else you'd like me to cover, cheers!

I'm having trouble recruiting new members for my clan. Do you have any tips on crafting an appealing clan description, selecting the right options, and setting appropriate restrictions to attract the ideal players?

Restrictions shouldn’t be too high or low. Focus mainly on keeping loyal players that are already in your Clan and slowly grow it. Build the environment new players would wish to stay when they do arrive. From time to time, players join new Clans in groups which is nice

Jaycee answered like I would, regarding the clan description.. Make it akin to who you are as Leader, because that is how you will be leading the clan and inspiring others to be, so you want to attract people who resonate with that. Don't overthink it and you'll get it done!
