Man I've got to say you are a great Inspiration 👍 👌 👏 I've got so much mods I want to do to so many of my various ebike Builds, and I end up procrastinating on so much of it because I think I need to outsource the welding and cutting tasks, but watching all this makes me want to invest in some good equipment that I can use in my yard similar to how your doing. If you need a weld a big gap with flux core, what you can do is tap the trigger, wait for the weld to cool from red hot, and when you see the red go away, tap the trigger on top of that spot. It’s faster than you would think and the weld comes out a lot better looking.

I've got a 82 Honda v65 1100 frame that I'm doing the same with. Cafe racer though. My qs180 just showed up. Got to have a battery built and I'm rollin... Where did you get your tune for the fardriver? I got the 961200

Ayy Big fan of cafe racer's myself. For the tune i sadly don't have one im still tryna figure the controller out. Alot of what im about to start uploading is about a month old including this build But currently im dealing with a problem that i have yet to be able to fix that im trying to fix to get back to recording. When in only gear 1 which i have set to 25% bat amps and 50% phase amps If i fully pin the throttle i get a phase current overflow protection So im kinda struggling with that one problem rn and it feels like everybody else is hiding there tunes so there ain't much help out there.

Not being lazy just still learning. Thanks for the concern though! 😊 I do check on my welds since there not as good as they could be but thats why i always test ride my bikes before finishing and riding them everywhere.

Nah my welder can do MIG, Stick, Flux Cored And TIG. I just gotta learn how to weld TIG thats all
