How do you coat the foam board. My foam board was burned when i glassing with PU glue

It looks like the board wanted to lift. Try standing back a bit to allow the front foil to get more lift and once you pop out of the water, friction will drop and you'll be off. If you've not foiled before, you need to trim the board with forwad/back weight shifts to go down/up. You could try pumping the board but I'm not sure it'd be strong enough.

Carbon fibre is too expensive I guess? Why not copy the shape of a successful existing one? Is the strength too low to copy the carbon fibre designs?

Great project, poor realization. You definitely need a lot bigger hydrofoil than you have. And this board seems like it needs some reinforcement too, like placing some solid plate over mast attachment point and under your foots' positions
