The way you kept switching from one language to the other is so cute🥹 And I feel like I have such similar issues as you, this sort of social anxiety preventing me to fully enjoy my life and let go of feeling embarrassed all the time. Sometimes I feel like it will never be possible to overcome these things because it’s just the way I am, but this video helps so much! I can’t wait to start therapy one day and properly start working on myself and be finally free to do whatever I want whenever I want. I know this is not for everyone but you switching from English to Russian is something that I truly enjoy. I too am from Latvia but my mum’s Russian. I haven’t lived in LV in ages and both my Russian and Latvian has significantly worsened throughout the years. Been looking for people who make similar content to yours just in Russian but I haven’t really found anyone that I like. (If anyone has any suggestions it would be amazing if you could let me know.) But because in our family we don’t speak Russian much I now feel like my skills are awful, yet at the same time spending a lot of time away from home and hearing a language that I speak and others around me don’t makes me feel so good. Basically, I truly enjoyed it and I know it was probably annoying for some other viewers but it made me really happy. 😊

Not gonna lie the past videos when I watched them, I was like idk the videos aint hitting like they used to anymore😂 So great that you are talking about it. I thought that your vibe from the past videos was just idk i thought that this is how its gonna be from now on (not that they were bad lol) but I watch you since 2019 and noticed the change as well. I am sorry that the past months were rough but I am happy you are better and hope you will even be happier and at peace with yourself. Anna if you found yourself a real job I really think it would make alot of these issues go away. It sounds like you suffer from low self-esteem. If you have a job it will give you routine, some purpose and responsibilities. I'm a mental health nurse and I see alot of patients recover when they find work. I know alot of content creators suffer from poor mental health and I think the reasons are lacking purpose and having an infinite amount of time with nothing meaningful to fill it with. You are then spending time creating a self-image for people who you don't know. This is a melting pot for poor mental health.
