I can't wait to see what you choose! My daughter is going into 10th grade as well. I love your videos they have been so helpful. You introduced me to Gather Round and we did use some units this past year. I am still struggling to find a good Math curriculum for her.

We love Learn Math Fast, but it’s not for everyone. I have heard great things about Denison Math.

Love the video. My daughters have ADHD and need some advice on the language arts side of life😊 what do you do to help my oldest is going into 7th and hates everything LA. We switched her math to learn math fast. You had recommended it had helped her so much. So I would love some advice and tips for my oldest. Thanks

Thank you. As far as Language Arts, Fix-it Grammar has worked well for my son. For writing, we use a combination of creative writing and the Theme Based Writing units from IEW. For Literature, I let him choose the books. He does better if we have two copies of the book. I read aloud and he follows along. We discuss vocabulary, literary elements, and work on comprehension.

@HomeSweetHomeschoolLife we have tried iew style and scruture she liked it but by the end of video and she had to do the work she couldn't do it. Is the theme based different?

@@Linda-jd8nsthe themed based units are taught by the parent. I took their teacher training course when their premium membership is offered with a free trial. We don’t always use it because it can be a bit boring. We encourage him to write something every day. I might give him a topic and some days I let choose.
