You always hear that sound selection is so important, and one of the differentiators of producers - your ear when it comes to chops has always impressed the hell out of me man. I’ve tried to flip that same song several times and never got something that worked. This beat is fireeeeee

I totally agree. I’ve done countless sample beat battles and I’m always amazed as to how multiple beats using to same sample can turn out totally different.

@@mookmarvmusic Hey sorry for taking so long to reply. I wanted to reflect on this question (then forgot to reply...) but honestly you just have to start. As nerve racking as it may be the reality is that your first videos/beats may not get many views/plays if any. KZbin rewards consistency. Take that time to grow, discover yourself as an artist and connect with like minded individuals. I think of KZbin for two things; entertainment and education and if you can blend the two you win. It's a grind, it's frustrating but those wins are incredibly rewarding. If you need any help or want to talk it out feel free to message me on IG.
