I relate with this video because I’m currently on treatment. I tried so many products for years and nothing was working until I visited a Dermatologist on the 7th of Feb 2022 and it was the best decision I’ve ever made . My face was darker than my body , breakouts and stubborn acne scars . I’m using Epiduo, Yaz ( contraceptives ) skinoren, , cetaphil and sunscreen. Started noticing a difference in my third week .Almost two months later , I have a glowing and acne free skin 😊❤️ Drink lots of water Never ever go out without sunscreen Do not use products with steroids on your face Acne is a condition that needs treatment not products

@@mbalenhleshange9391 when you go there you pay cash R950 , depending on which medical aid you on , you can claim it back . I use discovery so they paid half from my claim . Alternatively, look for a dermatologist that’s associated with your medical aid then you know you won’t pay anything from your pocket . Your medical aid will cover it 100%

Skin is the craziest thing ever. I suffer from acne, I went on treatment and it seemed to have cleared my acne and I was consistent with my skincare routine. The funny story is; I still have acne, but I refused to take treatment again because of the side effects, etc. So I incorporated some vitamins and actives into my skincare routine and sometimes when it's my time to shine my skin will be pimple-free and breakout free, but sometimes it feels like a lot of the time, my skin is in shackles. And honestly, it is the worst thing because it plays a lot on my confidence/self-esteem. And I just feel like there really ain't no formula for this, we just got to try and do what's best and hope for good results. But also been wanting to try out some Korean skin products been hearing good reviews. Thank you for sharing mama :)

You are right , having an acne prone skin is the worst thing bcoz it seems as though products just stop working at some point that’s why taking treatment is so important even though it’s exhausting
@nkululekomazibuko40692 жыл бұрын
I don't know if this will work for you but I tried the acne vitamins from skin functional (the one with the green bottle) along with evening Primrose from Dischem Gold brand and my skin shines during that time of the month I do have a pimple or 5😂 but it's nothing unmanageable... However now that I'm going back to being sexually active I'm back on Yaz which also does wonders for me and is also the cheaper than the vitamins
@yolani012 жыл бұрын

I've been on oratane 3 times it worked every time, each time I went on it took less n less time to clear my skin up. I do recommend it however I do feel like it needs you to use it time and time again, because I'm currently having acne again.Which means now I'd be going for the forth time on it should I decide to.

Great video...👌 May i just emphasize that what they dont tell u, it all starts within... theres no amount of good products that can help u externally if the problem is internal. With skin its all clean diet. Your body speaks and its telling u something is off balance so we ought to take note and listen. They dnt tell us this becos of the economics n getting us buying 1mil products we dnt need. If u hv problematic skin just stay away from AGE foods. Simple example is peanuts if i eat alot of those i will 100% get breakouts. So i cant trigger myself internally n hope for my products to rescue me. Then with water, too much of anything is not good for u, u are suppose to consume it from its different sources such as vegies n fruits e.g thats y its called a water melon. Too much water washes out all good nutrients if u eat healthy although it may assist if u eating bad drain out those toxins. Basically highlighting that diet is nr.1 on the list. After that dont continue to use active ingredients even when they've done the work u need now a maintening product after that. So u cant use the same products through out. Love the vid though thats jst my 2c
@thutomaphala2 жыл бұрын
I get where you’re coming from I think I consume too much water sometimes but I can’t help it because I get really thirsty
@sinentokozosibeko36752 жыл бұрын
@@thutomaphala yeah and when we are younger we will have bad skin cos we consume so much bad diet n processed foods, we will opt for a chocolate vs an apple n alot of fast foods. The water just add cucumbers and your fruits so u get best of both the thirst itself may be a side effects from the pills, but its also a sign tellin u theres something off balance and lack. But love that u using Korean their products work becos they've mastered the balance between effectiveness and gentleness👌

Beautiful and educational vlog on a subject I am passionate about ✅♥️ You really look stunning. I always say that the best makeup is your clear skin 👌♥️🔥💯 For most women it has to do with our hormones...like why are we so hormonal 🙄🙄🤔 A little stress and here comes a pimple announcing that you need to stop, a little food or drinking cheat day-nyana and boom...haaibo 🤔👎😔 Kodwa, let's thank God for solutions in th form of dermatologists. Had my fair share in my 20s, that time the older generation in my family knows nothing about such because Wow 👌 my mother's skin is very beautiful 😍 So, few tips on how to avoid trouble: Basics such as eat well, drink lots of water and resting go a long way. Remember the problem starts internally... Be aware of products that agree with your skin or not. After 7 days of new skin trial you must know if the products are for you or not. Get your skin analyzed, are you sensitive, dry, oily skin or combination. That also helps. Lastly, if the products you buy on the shelves are not helpful, please see a dermatologist. The sooner the better, it's less expensive to attend to it then. 2 cents worth...hope it helps somebody. 👊♥️
