Thanks a lot for this video. But you should set the white balance of your video recorder to a manual position because for now the colors do not appear as they really are. The ambiant light tends to yellowish. I suppose the setup of your white balance is currently set to an "auto" position. I advise you increae it to a higher value. Therefore, the white color will be a real white, all colors will be as they are supposed to be and so the rendering of your beautiful work will be enhanced.

Absolutely splendid, Davlina! I love your videos so much. Every time I open my email and see "DAVLINA ART POSTED A VIDEO ON KZbin ", I get all excited...lol!! Hey....I have a question......would you be up to doing an instructional video on coloring gems? I know that you don't speak in your vids......but maybe you could just type the instructions as your doing it...(I know NOTHING about making videos girl, so you'll have to excuse me😜). Anyway....I've watched several of the "gem coloring" vids out there and they make it so hard. Just thought I would see if you might THINK about doing a video yourself since you always make it so easy to follow along.!!

I have a question that I've been wondering since I started coloring ~ what do you suggest is colored first on a page? And what should be colored last? Should the main focus of the page, say a large Unicorn with sky behind it, on a field of flowers, should that Unicorn be colored first? And the sky last? Also, do you choose EVERY COLOR you plan to use on a page, before you start? Or do you take it object by object, as you color? Thank you for any advice you can give.

Davlina, awesome job. I did my butterfly this am before seeing yours, I LOVE YOURS. :-) Do you have to press down very hard with your brand of pencils it seems like you do to get the color saturation, or is it just the quality of the pencils? I think I my need a new investment of colored pencils. Thx for sharing off to watch the rest of yours.

Thank you Tweety! I think prismacolor pencils are very good for coloring! Having said that, I do press kinda hard to get the saturation I need. Yes, I highly recommend investing in better coloring pencils.......it helps tremendously!

I have yet to see her not finish a painting, so I'm thinking she will finish this one. If not you can look at her other videos to see how she does foliage, and oh how she can color color leaves and flowers, so beautifully.

Thank you! You hate the music, I loved it and someone asked me where they can get the music because they loved it. I can't please everyone :( If it actually bothers you that much.....I recommend muting the video before it actually ruins your coloring experience. I'll try to find a soothing and calming music for all my videos going forward :)

I too enjoyed the color work but not a fan of the music. I too considered just playing my own music, like you said can't please everyone. My personal music tastes are very boring to many, I am sure. But your coloring is worth watching and learning from.
