What would you think about me writing my personal statement about KZbin and how it connects to my love of learning for the sake of learning and garnering knowledge. It’s definitely a unique topic. But you want to make sure that this is the deepest story you have! I think this could possibly work if it is written in a clever/creative way. I encourage you to keep exploring multiple options and then decide on the best one!

I know you said you wanted your common app to focus on art in design but how do you know if you should write about what you intend to do in the future? For me I do know what I want to do specifically in the future and how it ties with my ECs but I feel like I should talk about another quality of myself not shown in my application.

I think you can do both! If what you want to do ties in with your ECs, I say definitely talk about that. But it’s up to you whether to do so in your common app or supplemental essays.
