Use an African net sponge - I really don't know how peo0le from other cultures bath properly, especially their backs, and this is mainly referring to those who use face towels as "wash cloths" and I even heard of some cultures where girls wash their panties and use that to scrub themselves. (It goes without saying that you HAVE to wash your panties as soon as they come off your body but scrubbing yourself with them... well, can't judge). Here in most African countries (cant speak for those who are predominantly Arabs) we use a long net that you can fling over your back, hold both ends, hunch over and scrub properly. We also shower twice a day because of our climate. Our melanin helps with the whole "black don't crack" but our soaps made with charcoal and properly scrubbing off dead skins with a gentle net sponge and moisturizing our whole body twice a day with a butter does the most to help us look younger.
@ga42144 жыл бұрын
Jeon Kookie make sure you moisturize after scrub because the skin goes dry and if you didn’t moisturize it will go dark, also, don’t scrub regularly once a week or month is enough, also make sure you scrub with a light scrubber not a harsh one

HEADS UP! Essential oils are recommended for use directly on skin after having been diluted with a carrier oil. For large areas of the body, a 1% dilution rate is recommended and generally a safe concentration. Always patch test as essential oils can cause irritation/allergic reactions such as itching, burning, rashes, blistering etc Although some choose to use certain essential oils undiluted on minute areas, such as a spot etc it wouldn't be recommended for sensitive skin or large area application. When diluting essential oils, make sure the carrier oil you use is good for both fungal and bacterial acne. Squalane seems to be a relatively safe choice. I have sensitive skin and just the aroma from lavender oil irritates - I can't use it at all. As for Tea Tree, it works well for me however I must use it diluted. I found that my skin generally doesn't tolerate essential oil well or anything strongly scented. Simply words of caution for all the sensitive folk ~ YMMV. EDIT: Grammar.

I was so shocked because I didn’t know it was possible to have that, like my back was the fairest part of my body then suddenly woke up w/ my back full of acne!! I was so depressed that time. So insecure and so problematic! I tried every products, watched every video, and read every thing on how to get rid of it, sadly, nothing works. Until one time, I watched this video, I don’t rmmbr it anymore but I’ve read comment on that particular video saying, HEAD and SHOULDER shampoo helped her to get rid of bacne. And so I tried it. AND MAGICALLY, it WORKS! Yes! After trying every products, expensive or not, nothing works. JUST SHAMPOO. I applied it after bathing my back with sulfur soap. I applied it 30secs-2mins. Try it!! Thank me later. Hope it will work for u too. Btw, 22 yrs old now.

@@syahiralaili4522 yes it is possible! shampoos and conditioners can affect our skin as they are being washed down our face/body, so if it happens to be the cause of your acne, you should switch shampoos and conditioners-i forgot which certain ingredient you should avoid though.

What worked for me was COLD SHOWERS!! For me a hot shower would just leave my back oily (i’m a oily skin person) and i felt so dirty. Cold Showers are the best way to treat acne. I used Panoxyl Body Wash, but didn’t work. It’s a good product i’m currently using it for my face. For my Bacne, i just washed it everyday with soap twice. and it’s pretty clear now.

Only thing that worked on all acne I had: a diet akin to paleo but specifically for leaky gut. It cleared up so good, but years after discontinuing the diet (it's hard to stay on it for long cause it's quite draconian) I still got a bit bacne. So yeah, gut health y'all. Gut health.

Guys try honey and coconut oil. Every evening I clean my face with a half of a tea spoon of honey mixed with a few drops of water. Clean your face, cleavage, shoulders, neck and back with it, wait and then cleanse it with water. Then apply coconut oil. Both natural products, anti bacterial and natural :) helped me A LOT

See a naturopath and test your hormone levels to find out underlying cause rather than using bandaid approach.
