@nancy543794 жыл бұрын
@@noonecares4129 if you have access to buying it online, maybe you can get it before school starts because you won't have to worry about it not being there. However, you might have to wait like so much longer than it said it will take. My sister bought airpods online and when it said it was going to take 2 days, she was like, "okay, that's gonna be quick, can't wait." She even paid for faster shipment.. It ended up coming a month later. So, thing is idk if you can get it fast enough before school starts. Ordering online might not be a choice either, cuz I don't have access to that, but my brother and sister do, so I have to constantly ask them. That's a whole different topic tho. I really hope you find the CeraVe cleanser that you wanted to find tho:)

The Skincare recommendations are good (I am a Cosmetic Scientist) to treat the MF once you have it, BUT it is rlly important to treat it from within too, to prevent them coming back. Folliculitis also exists in a bacterial form which can be from external factors (hot tub folliculitis or stress) so it is important to identify which type it is and what couldve caused it. The yeast form is an overgrowth of the natural yeast in our body which typically happens when we have an imbalance in our gut of good bacteria/bad bacteria which can come from many things such as hormonal imbalance (sometimes leading up to your period or being on/off the pill) or from taking antibiotics as these tend to kill good bacteria in our body too which allows for overgrowth of the yeast, leading to MF. Using Acidophillus which are good bacteria for the gut can help and i would say reducing moisturiser is definitely not ideal as applying moisturiser will help ur skin reduce the overproduction of sebum. Prior to finishing my Masters in Cosmetic Science i suffered from MF for 3 years and spent hundreds on a dermatologist in London who kept giving me antibiotics even though it was only getting worse as she didnt bother to test if it was caused due to bacteria or yeast and she just assumed it was due to bacteria (she was wrong).. i had to study it myself and I can safely say good products can help but looking after your gut is number 1. ❤️

This video is 100% true, the ingredients he listed in his description was stuff I used to help my acne. My acne is not as noticeable as it was before but those drug store products did get rid of those bumps on face. I currently do not have those bumps under my mouth and forehead. I still suffer with acne but the products helped me a lot. I am currently prescribed to medicine with my dermatologist and it's literally not as noticeable from what it was before but it's still there and I hope this last month on treatment gets rid of it. If not I will most likely take Isotretinoin. Been taking care of my skin for 4 years I am 16 :)

I struggled with forehead acne for a long time. I was around 12 when it started showing. Later I had tried so many products en even went to a dermatologist. However nothing worked. He took a look at my forehead and prescribed benzoyl peroxide. It did not do ANYTHING at all. After trying it for a few months nothing changed. I had a whole drawer full of products: lotions, spot treatments you can name it. I started doing my research on why it just never went away. So I started watching Hyram his videos years back. Later he learned me what ingredients to look for in a product and if it was low on the ingredient list, it wouldn’t just work how you wanted it to. I bought products that were cheap and didn’t do anything. I tried the shampoo but nothing. People always told me it wasn’t really visible because it were small bumps but I just think they wanted to be nice. The next thing they looked at my forehead while talking, what made me VERY insecure. I remember crying and hating myself for a period of time because I felt disgusting and frustrated. I hated myself so much that I didn’t even allow myself to wear clothes I liked. I hid my face and didn’t look people in the eyes. I stopped talking to people. It was that bad. Years later I tried one more time and started using The Ordinary niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. The one he mentions in this video. I was probably 16 or 17. I was sleeping over at my grandparents house and remember texting my mom 3 days later after trying it every night saying: MOM IT WORKS I HAVE FOUND SOMETHING AFTER ALL THESE YEARS! And it went completely away when I also stopped eating cheese, chocolate, normal milk, meat, anything that was fatty. Now I’m 18 and eating whatever I want. I stay away from chocolate and milk. I am still really strict about what I eat. But I allow myself to sometimes eat fries or something. I’m a pescetarianism now (a vegetarian but still eats eggs, gelatine and fish) because I have chickens and dogs. So eating meat makes me feel sick. Maybe it will work for you too but remember everyone’s skin is different. I had a very oily skin type. When I didn’t wipe my forehead with a paper it would look like the grease of a grease pan 😅 right now I only use 3 products. I don’t wear make up but the first step of my skincare routine is using Garnier Micellair Rose water (Use this every night) Then I rinse it off. After I use that I exfoliate twice or ones a week with the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. Dab that inside your skin. The final product is The Ordinary niacinamide 10%. Use that every night too and Dab that inside your skin. What also helped was washing my bedsheet every night. I sleep on one side and the second night I flip it over. Then wash it and put a new pillow sheet over. I hope you succeed in finding the perfect skin products for your skin. Maybe my skincare works for you but if it doesn’t, don’t give up! You can always ask me questions if you want to. Good luck to you!!

My skin: _I want those products_ My wallet: *lol no* My mom: *_just use water_* Edit: ya girl finally got a job and is gonna splurge on skincare PLZ READ EDIT 3 IF U WANT AN UPDATE Edit #2: when I first started with my skincare I just used a cerave cleanser, sum neutrogena gel moisturizer, and a good mineral sunscreen for a couple weeks and I drank so much water that I was peeing every hour, and my skin looked so much better than when I'd abuse it with the neutrogena grapefruit scrub thing and just hot water and scented hand soup from bath and body works💀I'm slowly adding more things and I hope that by next year (july 2022) I can have skin as bootyful as Hyram's Edit 3: the update yall have been waiting for ✨✨✨ my skin has cleared up quite a lot, i still have the little blackhead things on my nose and my pores are huge BUT THATS OK BECAUSE TEXTURED SKIN IS CLEAR SKIN TOO. I have millia because of genetics and if I’m even lucky in the future I wanna get it removed by a dermatologist (cause if ya do it at home you might cause scarring or make it worse 🗣) A week before I get my period tho and during it I get breakout BECAUSE HORMONES AND ITS A COMPLETELY NORMAL THING TO HAPPEN. I still feel like I have a lot of room to improve on and I wanna add retinol hopefully sometime soon. The purging is something that scares me but I know that imma have amazing results if i grin and bear it. I’ll let y’all know once I start it. LAST UPDATED ON NOVEMBER 28 2021 🧍♀️ Edit idk: tis me I’m back with an update. So I’ve started using retinol, I use the cerave one. I think the purge has begun or maybe it’s cause ms 🔴 is coming to town soon but I am breaking out 💀 I’ve been treating them with pimple patches, salicylic acid, and just keeping up with my skin care routine as usual cause usually when you leave them alone they go away. Pro tip: name ur pimple after ur ex cause then the pimple will leave faster than them. Jkjk BUT 👀 If I ever get the urge to pop a pimple and it’s just so juicy and sitting there begging to be popped I usually just rub in a little extra moisturizer or I use a healing balm from the same company of the pimple patches. Right now I have a huge one below my lip, I called him phredrik (yes with the ph 🙄✋)that has yet to ripen and I’m keeping a pimple patch on it, and my other pimples are just the annoying red ones that never grow a white head and disappear within 2-3 days. So other than the occasional break out because of miss monthly missy or the purge, my skin has been looking good. I still have texture CAUSE IVE SAID IT BEFORE AND SO HAVS OTHERS AND ILL SAY IT AGAIN, TEXTURE IS NORMAL AND IS CLEAR SKIN TOO. I’ve bought some new skin care stuff and found an amazing sunscreen that is just *chefs kiss* and ngl I’ve kinda only been putting it on 1 time per day BUT THATS CAUSE I WAKE UP LATE GET TO WORK INSIDE A MALL WHERE THE SUN DOESNT BLESS ME WITH ITS WARMTH AND I GET OFF WHEN THE SUN ALREADY SET. But y’all definitely plz wear sunscreen everyday and apply more than once your skin will thank you when you are 50+ and ur face is glowing from ur consistent sunscreen use. It’s kinda 3:59 am right now and I have acrylics on which is making me type slow and with lotsa mistakes that I need to keep going back and fixing, so if I could I would write out my current basic skin care routine but that requires getting up and looking at all my products and thinking about ok what days do I use blah and blah, ans I’m quite cozy in my bed thank you very much. I shall save it for my next update hopefully when the retinol purge dies down and clear skin emerges victorious. Until then, drink ur water, use ur sunscreen, watch more skincare videos or any videos that put smiles on your pretty faces, (what got me clear skin was stanning Got7🫢 I lie I lie or as Jackson and Jay b would say “liar liar liaaar”… or am I truthful…) and to all my babes going back to school good luck and don’t stress out about your skin, take care of yourself mentally and physically, not just your skin. Be a good person, offer someone a pencil, tell someone they look pretty, AND PAY ATTENTION IN CLASS THE FUTURE DEPENDS ON YOOOOoooouuuuu……~~~ I love you, so you should love yourself too❤️ Last updated August 27th 2022 at 4:10 am

I have been sooo stressed out and insecure cos of the tiny bumps on my forehead. I am sooo glad I came across this. Been using a hydrating toner, snail mucin essence and galactomyces essence, and I discovered it made it worse, but i thought it was cos i made a switch. Thank you so much

@sofia may Please keep in mind that Hyram is not a replacement for a dermatologist! He is a skincare specialist, he just works behind the skincare counter at a store. He is very knowledgeable, but he's not a dermatologist.

Koala we know this. He literally states it in his video🤦♀️(yes I used the yellow version so nobody says I’m bing racist) we all know he isn’t a dermatologist, but he’s better than some of them that’s for sure. And like he says, not everyone one is rich and can afford one, so we have hyram

Ingredients to look for: Niacinamide, salicylic acid, sulfur, honey Things to keep in mind: 1. Don't over moisturize 2. Don't put alot of skin care products on your face. (Keep your skin care to a minimal. Less is more) 3. Please don't forget to remove sweat Thank you, Hyraaaaam 🥺💖

I finally visited a dermatologist last week after struggling with "acne" for years. My derma diagnosed me with MF and suggested that I used a combination of oral antibiotics, fungal control soap, salicylic acid toner, and tretinoin. One week in and I don't really see much change. Maybe it'll take some time. I'll come back and update this comment when I see some progress :) I'm so glad you made this video Hyram! I find it really helpful.
@nhgnuno53464 жыл бұрын
yes you’re going to go through a purge stage with the tretinoin and unmotivate you but don’t give up it gets better after 2 or 3 months :)
@SM-po8lk4 жыл бұрын
Yes your skin kind of renews itself over about a 30 day cycle but for fungal acne it takes a little longer usually for it to go away because its deeper in the skin than typical acne
@shalizeboh1254 жыл бұрын
You gotta wait much longer, I used it but be careful if your a girl fungal antibiotics throw off ph and probably will give you yeast infections so take cranberrie vitamins or women probiotics at the same time
@trisch74994 жыл бұрын
@abigail hewitt I am breaking out but I'm pretty sure it will get better. Thank you ❤

@@nhgnuno5346 The purging is really scary. It's almost worse than how my skin was pre-tretinoin use. I hope this is all worth it in the end! 😊

Hi Hyram. I'm glad you listed products after your video. You went a little too fast for me on product names and I kept trying to see what products you were holding up. I was impressed with your knowledge of ingredients and what they can do for your skin. I thought you were going to show us a picture of what fungal acne looks like. Looking forward to learning more from you.
