I just want to take my time to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped me cure my severe psoriasis that I have been battling for 3 years. I did light therapy 3 times a week and treating with long term steroid creams. I’ve seen 3 dermatologists but did not emphasized how important taking vitamin D is. Did not evem checked my Calcium levels. Just like you, I havent been going out in the sun (specially the pandemic made it worst), and since living with my now husband who is lactose-intolerance, been taking almond milk instead of vit.D milks. But anyway, I am so tired of psoriais and caused me depression. I knew something isnt doing right. I was so desperate and I stumbled upon your video and it hit me hard. And instantly same day I went to the store and bought vit D and calcium from Target. I am so glad and can’t thank you enough. It’s only been 2 weeks and I can see a huge huge difference. I do not flare up anymore which is a big thing. Thank you so much!

Nick So there have definitely been some results and I’m still taking it. However, I’m not cured or anything. What I have noticed is that flare ups don’t last as long and are not nearly as severe as they used to be. Also, I used to have psoriasis on my chest and inner thighs and both of those areas have completely cleared up. I still get plaques, but not as many as I used to have. Hope that gives you some insight. I take 4,000 IUs a day; 2,000 when I wake up and 2,000 before bed. I’ve been doing that dosage amount the whole time. Let me know if you have any other questions.

So happy to hear that you're having success! Just wanted to mention that you might also want to take Vitamin K too. You don't want the calcium just hanging out in your bloodstream. This is sadly true that people with darker pigmented skin living away from the equator are prone to Vitamin D deficiency. And it is a fat soluble vitamin so people with excess body fat are also at increased risk of Vitamin D deficiency b/c the vitamin D is taken up by the fat cells where it cannot be utilized, and people with fatty liver (a growing epidemic in US) have impaired liver function so the crucial role the liver plays in utilizing fat soluble vitamins like Vitamin D is impaired. And Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to worse outcomes for COVID-19, another important reason to have optimal Vitamin D. I have been trying to get the word out about optimizing Vitamin D. Want to check 25-hydroxy-vitamin D lab test to make sure in optimal range of 50-70 but also not good to go too high which is not easy to do but possible so good to check.

It was doubling everyday and I had to rub a half of tube if that super strong steroid on my body twice a day head to toe. A d it still kept spreading. 1 day I was just finished meditating and realized I hadnt eaten and I cd try this supplement I bought over a year ago and forgot about. I bought it for something totally different. Needless to say in 2 days it was nolonger growing. In a week it was flaking off and with 3 weeks my scars that looked like burn marks started to clear up also. I have never had another outbreak and its been over a year. When I feel something suspicious I start taking it again. Sometimes I forget how bad it was and slack. But I will always keep some in my cabinet. Oh and vitamin D and K didn’t work. I shaved my head and I use coal tar shampoo. I also rub Cerave lotion onto it every few days. It's really cooling and soothing. I stopped taking it when I was pregnant and my psoriasis went away. Now my twins are almost 2, I'm having problems with my scalp again. I have an appointment with my dermatologist again next week. Ty for sharing. I realized my psoariss was getting out of control when it started to get on my face. It mainly was on my legs and elbows. So researched it and the sun (vitD) was getting a lot of good talk about curing or aiding treatment. I can’t get outside regularly so I’m taking the d3 and vitamin e for skin repair. Here yo hoping it works, been on this for about a week and a half, noticed my psoarisis is actually flaking (it didn’t do too much of that before) and seems to be changing colors. Seems to be getting darker and then lighter. So hoping it is healing

I’m sorry. The thing is that we’re all unique. Just cos vit D works for her, doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. It’s insane to assume it would. @@ucanleaveyourhaton I didn't say nor did I mean or assume that "vitamin D would work for everyone". I was simply explaining that in my case, it didn't work as far as getting rid of my psoriasis. I was just getting ready to go see a dermatologist but you’re video just saved me the hassle. I’m loading up on my vitamin D, and calcium this week and will hope for the best! Ik this isn't an option for everyone, but the topical steroids are a God send. I try not to use too much, it's not good to absorb a lot into your skin at one time. My psoriasis was first triggered by stress and caffeine. I was drinking 6 cups of coffee a day. I would recommend staying away from caffeine and stress, if possible. I shaved my head and I use coal tar shampoo. I also rub Cerave lotion onto it every few days. It's really cooling and soothing. I got depression because of it because i get question a lot in school why my face is like that and why my hair is like that so thanks but im gonna go to a doctor Because when i came to America im in Pennsylvania where it snows i dont hang out a lot with kids cause im shy,when i was in the Philippines i always go outside a lot but when i moved to America this things started happening to me one time i said why did JESUS just punished me because i did something bad but thank you

Suffering isn't really a sign of God's "punishment." Think about how much Jesus suffered, and also Mary, & the Apostles. Most saints have endured times of terrible suffering, and they were certainly all blessed, so you shouldn't think that your skin condition is necessarily a punishment from God.

The main cause of psoriasis can be stress. Do not be nervous. And be sure to get 8-9 hours of sleep. Go to bed before 23:00 no later. Under tension, the internal organs work poorly and the outflow of bile is disturbed. As a result, metabolic disorders and toxins. Take natural sedatives. Amino acids are essential and non-essential. Vitamins. Choleretic drugs. Smear psoriasis with animal fat and you will see the result. I do this and I have it disappeared by 30%. I will continue treatment.

Ok so question. I bought Vitamin D3 (1,000 IU) and calcuim with D3 (400 IU) Do I take both daily or should I alternate? My Dr is convinced that nothing will help with psoriasis besides the sterioid cream so she's no help.
@TheRiceLife4 жыл бұрын
I take them at the same time because calcium is absorbed better in conjunction with vitamin d.
@justina86854 жыл бұрын
@@TheRiceLife How much Vitamin D3 do you take a day? I read it's recommended 1,000 IU a day. And I have 1400 with both D3 and calcuim w/ D3. Sorry for the many questions. I'm new when it comes to taking vitamins. Strict diet isn't an option considering I have 3 little ones who are already picky eaters. And can't afford to buy separate meals.

I am currently battling a horrific psoriasis flare. My hair is falling out so bad I have bald spots. I cut a huge amount of length off of it to take the weight off my scalp. My scalp is Rae in places. I also have it on my low back and both of my legs. I feel blessed by this video. Thanks for sharing. I am going to try your method. Remaining hopeful. 🙂🙂🙂

@karine87383 жыл бұрын
Ginger, how you do it please ?
@espinozalalia19453 жыл бұрын
Peel the ginger cut in small pieces put in blender with extra virgin olive oil or you could use witch hazel blend and strain and put in affected area leave it in as long as possible wash out with shampoo and water . Repeat process once to twice a week.
@espinozalalia19453 жыл бұрын
You can also use ginger and the Vitamin D capsules in the blend instead of the olive oil.
